汽车经销商商业模式及其创新研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,中国汽车产业迈入了高速增长期,经历了十个年头,中国己经成长为汽车消费大国,在国际汽车市场的地位显著提升,全球最活跃、最具潜力和增长力的市场非中国莫属。与此同时,中国汽车行业也已经成长为国民经济支柱产业。在竞争日益激烈的今天,如何优化汽车营销渠道,开拓与创新,如何使企业自身优势和盈利能力得到飞速提升,是汽车制造商和经销商面前亟待解决的问题。汽车行业经销商商业模式及其创新也自然成为一个重要的研究课题。 本文从我国汽车市场和经销商商业模式的发展入手,,回顾改革开放30年来我国汽车行业的发展历程及经销商商业模式的演变过程,分析我国汽车经销商商业模式在发展过程中出现的问题,查找具有普遍性的问题的成因。文章首先介绍了课题的相关背景和国内外研究现状,并对研究内容与研究方法进行了简单说明,然后阐述了汽车经销商商业模式的现状及汽车经销商的商业模式分类,汽车经销商的商业模式发展趋势,并在此基础上详细分析研究了汽车经销商商业模式存在的问题,提出了一些汽车经销商的宏观创新对策建议和盈利能力创新对策建议,以期促进汽车经销商领域的发展。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's automobile industry has entered a period of rapid growth. After 10 years, China has grown into a major automobile consumer, and its position in the international automobile market has increased significantly, and it is the most active in the world. The most potential and growing market is China. At the same time, China's auto industry has also grown into a pillar industry of the national economy. In today's increasingly fierce competition, how to optimize automobile marketing channels, open up and innovate, and how to improve the enterprise's own advantages and profitability is a problem to be solved urgently in front of automobile manufacturers and dealers. Dealer business model and its innovation in automobile industry naturally become an important research topic. Starting with the development of automobile market and dealer business model in China, this paper reviews the development course of automobile industry and the evolution process of dealer business model in China during the past 30 years of reform and opening up. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of China's auto dealer business model, and finds out the causes of the universal problems. This paper first introduces the background of the subject and the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research contents and research methods, and then expounds the current situation of the automobile dealer business model and the classification of the automobile dealer business model. On the basis of the development trend of automobile dealer's business model, this paper analyzes the problems existing in automobile dealer's business model in detail, and puts forward some macro innovation countermeasures and profit ability innovation countermeasures of some automobile dealers. With a view to promoting the development of auto dealers.
