M连锁医药公司的库存管理研究

【摘要】:本文以M连锁医药公司的库存管理问题作为研究对象。一方面通过和国内外类似的企业作比较,另一方面对企业内部运作进行系统地分析,从企业内部和外部两方面对M连锁医药公司供应链管理中的库存管理进行了分析。 首先通过对当前一个时段的商品库存现状进行分析,从商品品类管理的角度出发,分析了各类商品的库存情况。通过对商品线等理论的实际运用,从商品组合的角度出发,分析了商品的组合结构中所存在的主要问题,同时提出了改善库存管理的具体的方法。主要包括:评估并优化供应商、在供应商之间实现库存信息共享、研究实施VMI(供应商库存管理)的可行性。 其次,在预测系统与补货研究方面,从数学角度出发对商品流转的特点进行了考察。先分析了原来的预测方法与补货公式中存在的不足之处,,接着提出新的预测方法与补货模型。然后通过对不同的预测方法作对比研究,对新的补货模型进行了验证,对该模型所具有的优势、存在的局限性、以及在使用中所需注意的问题都进行了深入的探讨。 最后,通过对项目实施后的验证可以从降低物流成本和加速库存周转两个方面提高了M公司的库存管理水平。根据这两个方面的改进,以及相关数据分析,在确保销售稳定增长前提下,预计将为M公司节约物流成本6000万左右。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the inventory management of M chain pharmaceutical company is taken as the research object. On the one hand, by comparing with similar enterprises at home and abroad, on the other hand, the internal operation of the enterprise is systematically analyzed, and the inventory management in the supply chain management of M chain pharmaceutical company is analyzed from two aspects of the internal and external aspects of the enterprise.
First of all, through the analysis of the current situation of commodity stock in the current period of time, from the point of view of commodity category management, the stock situation of all kinds of commodities is analyzed. Through the practical application of the theory of commodity line and so on, the main problems in the combination structure of commodity are analyzed from the point of view of commodity combination, and the improvement of the library is also put forward. The specific methods of storage management include: evaluation and optimization of suppliers, the realization of inventory information sharing among suppliers, and the feasibility of implementing VMI (supplier inventory management).
Secondly, in the aspect of forecasting system and replenishment research, this paper investigates the characteristics of commodity circulation from a mathematical point of view. Firstly, it analyzes the shortcomings of the original forecasting method and replenishment formula, then puts forward the new forecasting method and replenishment model, and then compares the different forecasting methods to the new replenishment model. The advantages and limitations of the model, as well as the problems needing attention in the application are thoroughly discussed.
Finally, through the verification of the implementation of the project, we can improve the inventory management level of M company from two aspects of reducing the cost of logistics and accelerating the turnover of inventory. According to the improvement of these two aspects and related data analysis, we are expected to save about 60 million of the logistics cost for the M public company under the premise of ensuring the stable growth of sales.
