【摘要】:随着中国粮食市场的逐步开放,国际粮商大举进入中国市场,并且占据了比较大的份额。但是,目前国内外对他们的了解非常有限,已有的一些认识往往是片面的、支离破碎的,结论往往是道德层面或政策层面,对其企业层面的经营活动很少涉及。为此,我国组建大型粮油企业在对抗国际粮商,对于维护国家的经济粮食安全方面有着重要意义。 当前,我国粮油企业发展形势不容乐观,,原因之一就是落后的商业模式。本文从商业模式的角度出发,对国内外大型粮油企业粮商的发展历程、经营方式和发展战略进行系统的梳理和分析,而商业模式恰恰强调的是对一个产业进行整体的、广泛的、开放的、动态的认识,是让人们了解在这个行业和在更加广泛的环境中所有影响该行业的因素。因此,通过对研究大型粮油企业的商业模式研究,一方面我们可以真正客观地认识国外大型粮油企业,了解其经营活动背后的真实含意;另一方面,国外大型粮油企业的成功更多的是商业模式的成功,分析其商业模式,对打造中国自己的具有国际竞争力的粮食大企业有很好的借鉴意义。而且,国际粮商商业模式的演变,反应了全球粮油企业的发展趋势。本文在结合国内外成功商业模式创新经验的基础上,为我国大型粮油企业商业模式创新提出建议。 本文首先通过对粮食产业的特殊性质、特别是不同粮食产业链条的深入分析,结合商业模式理论,提出了粮食产业商业模式的基本元素:核心竞争力、定位、业务、资源配置、合作伙伴,盈利模式、风险管理、目标客户和分销渠道,并且根据这九个因素构建粮油企业商业模式的基本模型。 其次,对分析了国外大型粮油企业商业模式演变进程,从粮油企业商业模式的基本模型出发,本文选取主要构成要素(核心竞争力、定位、业务)对ADM、嘉吉、邦基、路易达孚等典型的国外大型粮油企业商业模式进行分析,提出粮油企业未来的发展趋势。 接着,总结我国粮油企业商业模式形成与发展,分析其商业模式及存在的问题,提出我国大型粮油企业选择商业模式措施。 最后,本文利用因子分析法对大型粮油企业商业模式进行经营绩效进行实证分析,结果表明,我国大型粮油企业商业模式调整后,企业还是具有较强的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of China's grain market, international grain traders entered the Chinese market on a large scale and occupied a relatively large share. However, the current understanding of them at home and abroad is very limited, some of the existing understanding is often one-sided, fragmented, the conclusion is often the moral level or policy level, and their business activities at the enterprise level are rarely involved. Therefore, the establishment of large grain and oil enterprises in China is of great significance to the maintenance of national economic food security. At present, the development situation of grain and oil enterprises in China is not optimistic, one of the reasons is the backward business model. From the point of view of business model, this paper systematically combs and analyzes the development course, management mode and development strategy of grain and oil enterprises at home and abroad. An open, dynamic understanding is about all the factors that affect the industry in this industry and in the wider environment. Therefore, by studying the business models of large grain and oil enterprises, on the one hand, we can truly and objectively understand the real implications of the large grain and oil enterprises in foreign countries, and on the other hand, we can understand the real implications behind their business activities. The success of the large grain and oil enterprises abroad is more the success of the business model. The analysis of the business model has a good reference significance for the establishment of China's own grain enterprises with international competitiveness. Moreover, the evolution of international grain business model reflects the development trend of global grain and oil enterprises. Based on the experience of successful business model innovation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the innovation of large grain and oil enterprises in China. Firstly, by analyzing the special nature of grain industry, especially the chain of different grain industry, and combining the theory of business model, this paper puts forward the basic elements of the business model of grain industry: core competitiveness, positioning, business, resource allocation. Partners, profit models, risk management, target customers and distribution channels, and based on these nine factors to build the basic model of grain and oil enterprise business model. Secondly, this paper analyzes the evolution process of the business model of large grain and oil enterprises abroad, starting from the basic model of the business model of grain and oil enterprises, this paper selects the main elements (core competitiveness, positioning, business) to ADM, Cargill, Bonsky, The commercial models of large grain and oil enterprises are analyzed, and the future development trend of grain and oil enterprises is put forward. Then, the paper summarizes the formation and development of the commercial model of grain and oil enterprises in China, analyzes its business model and the existing problems, and puts forward the measures to choose the commercial model for the large grain and oil enterprises in our country. Finally, this paper uses factor analysis to analyze the business performance of large grain and oil enterprises. The results show that after the adjustment of the business model of large grain and oil enterprises in China, the enterprises still have strong competitiveness.
