【摘要】:随着全球纺织服装业产业结构调整和商贸一体化整合,商业模式创新已成为我国从“服装生产民国”向“服装品牌强国”进军的关键环节。我国服装企业现实背景是困境、挑战和机遇并存,业界正努力探讨冲出瓶颈、迎接挑战的有效举措,并对研究成果寄予厚望。 本文是以曾经引领中国服装行业的大明星企业ED公司为主体,研究其旧商业模式及实施效果,分析其在短期内从发展巅峰到迅速衰退的成因。同时,本文将参考国内、外对商业模式研究的大量文献,并依据战略管理经典理论分析法,结合服装行业特色的相关理论,对ED公司现今状况进行行业竞争势态分析;然后针对性制定出ED公司重整旗鼓的创新商业模式设计目标和设计原则;并对业内四个具有代表意义的现存和潜在竞争对手的商业模式进行详细解析,从中获取借鉴和参考;最后设计出一套符合ED公司现状的“多维度”创新商业模式。同时论述该新模式的竞争优势以及企业内部可行的实施保障,对可预见性问题进行详细分析、提供解决方案和进行效果评测,并乐观展望未来。 总之,本文的目的是朝着中国纺织行业产业升级的目标,提供了一个创新的商业模式参考。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of the global textile and clothing industry structure and the integration of commerce and commerce, the innovation of business model has become the key link of our country's march from "the Republic of clothing production" to "clothing brand power". The realistic background of China's garment enterprises is dilemma, challenges and opportunities coexist. The industry is trying to find out the bottleneck, meet the challenges of effective measures, and place great hopes on the research results. In this paper, Ed Company, a big star company, which once led China's garment industry, is taken as the main body to study its old business model and its implementation effect, and to analyze the causes of its development from peak to rapid decline in the short term. At the same time, this paper will refer to a large number of domestic and foreign research on the business model, and according to the classical theory of strategic management analysis, combined with the clothing industry characteristics of the relevant theory, the current situation of Ed company industry competition analysis; Then, the author formulates the innovative business model design goal and design principle of Ed company, and analyzes the business model of four representative existing and potential competitors in the industry in detail, so as to draw lessons from it. Finally, a set of multi-dimensional innovative business model is designed according to the current situation of Ed Company. At the same time, it discusses the competitive advantage of the new model and the feasible implementation guarantee within the enterprise, analyzes the predictability problem in detail, provides the solution and the evaluation of the effect, and looks forward to the future optimistically. In a word, the purpose of this paper is to provide an innovative business model reference to the upgrading of China's textile industry.
