博海公司信息化战略研究

【摘要】：随着社会的不断发展,信息全球化已越来越普遍,在企业中也同样起到了至关重要的作用。近年来国内企业信息化也取得了一系列的发展成果,但对于一些汽车租赁服务业来说,尤其是一些国企背景的汽车租赁服务企业鲜有实施案例,因此对于汽车租赁服务业国企来说信息化战略研究显得十分必要。本文以博海公司作为案例研究对象,在对国内外汽车租赁行业信息化状况进行综述的基础上,结合博海公司的行业特征及企业背景,分析博海公司的业务现状、信息化现状和企业战略,基于战略一致性模型,有针对性地对博海公司的组织结构、业务流程以及信息化总体架构提出调整建议,结合企业的战略建立一些新的信息系统并对现有的系统进行数据共享,并进一步探讨该战略的具体实施步骤,以及针对在这些实施步骤中的一些关键因素提供建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, information globalization has become more and more common, and also plays a vital role in enterprises. In recent years, domestic enterprise informatization has also made a series of development achievements, but for some automobile rental service industry, especially some state-owned enterprise background car rental service enterprises have few cases. Therefore, it is very necessary for the state-owned enterprises of automobile rental service industry to study the information strategy. This paper takes Bohai Company as the case study object, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign automobile leasing industry information situation, combining with the industry characteristic and enterprise background of Bohai Company, analyzes the present business situation of Bohai Company. Based on the model of strategic consistency, the present situation of information technology and the enterprise strategy are proposed to adjust the organizational structure, business process and the overall information structure of Bohai Company. Some new information systems are set up and the existing systems are shared with the strategy of the enterprise, and the concrete steps of implementation of the strategy are discussed, and some key factors in these implementation steps are proposed.
