白银公司炼渣综合利用工程项目研究

【摘要】:白银公司是集采、选、冶为一体的综合性大型企业,铜冶炼系统自生产以来,炉渣作为一种工业废物,一直未被开发利用。2011年白银公司已在铜冶炼渣场堆积近800万吨的冶炼废渣,其中的重金属污染物含量较高,如果不能尽快开发利用而继续堆存,不但占用大量的土地,而且每年还需支付高昂的渣场维护费用,更为严重的是这些重金属将污染土壤、水体甚至大气,严重恶化周边的环境质量。 本文根据国内外冶炼渣选矿的成功生产经验,利用铜冶炼废渣回收铜精矿,,同时综合回收尾渣作为水泥行业生产的原料,研究结果得到应用后可以在一定程度上减轻铜冶炼厂对外购市场的依赖程度,增强企业的抗风险能力,提高产品的市场竞争力。 通过对冶炼废渣进行再生利用,将污染源转化为再生资源,变废为宝,化害为利,同时设计中充分考虑利用现有生产设备、设施,做到低投入、高产出、低能耗、无污染、回水循环利用率高,采用先进的工艺、技术和设备处理铜冶炼废渣,产出的铜精矿作为铜冶炼生产的优质原料,同时筛选后的尾矿可作为水泥等行业生产的原料,实现尾矿“零排放”,本文所设计的方案对尾矿资源全部回收,同时对废水进行循环利用,因此基本无废水和固体污染物排放。充分体现了“减量化、再利用、资源化”节约综合利用原则,不仅有利于环境保护和安全生产,有利于公司的可持续发展,同时还可为企业带来可观的经济效益。 本文研究内容契合了国家建设节约性、环境友好型社会的总体要求,是解决影响社会经济发展特别是从根本上消除严重危害人民群众健康的环境污染问题的举措。实现废渣的再利用,使资源综合利用率达到极限,将对整个有色行业提高资源综合利用水平能产生积极意义,对其它金属冶炼渣的处理提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Baiyin Company is a comprehensive large enterprise which integrates mining, selecting and smelting. Since copper smelting system was produced, slag has been used as a kind of industrial waste. It has not been exploited and utilized. In 2011, Silver Company has accumulated nearly 8 million tons of smelting waste residue in copper smelting slag yard, among which heavy metal pollutants are relatively high. If it cannot be developed and utilized as soon as possible and continues to store, it will not only occupy a large amount of land, Moreover, the maintenance cost of slag yard is also high every year. What is more, these heavy metals will pollute soil, water body and even atmosphere, and worsen the surrounding environmental quality seriously. Based on the successful production experience of smelting slag at home and abroad, copper concentrate is recovered from copper smelting waste slag and tailings are reclaimed as raw materials of cement industry. The application of the research results can reduce the dependence of copper smelters on the outsourcing market to a certain extent, enhance the enterprises' ability to resist risks and improve the market competitiveness of the products. Through the recycling of smelting waste residue, the source of pollution is transformed into renewable resources, and the waste is transformed into a treasure, and the damage is turned into profit. At the same time, the existing production equipment and facilities are fully considered in the design, so as to achieve low input, high output, low energy consumption and no pollution. The recycling efficiency of backwater is high, the advanced technology, technology and equipment are used to treat the waste residue of copper smelting, the produced copper concentrate is used as the high quality raw material for copper smelting, and the filtered tailings can be used as raw materials for cement and other industries. In order to realize "zero discharge" of tailings, the scheme designed in this paper can recover all the tailings resources and recycle the waste water at the same time, so there is basically no discharge of waste water and solid pollutants. It fully embodies the principle of "reducing, reusing and utilizing resources", which is not only conducive to environmental protection and production safety, but also conducive to the sustainable development of the company, and can also bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises. The research content of this paper accords with the overall requirements of the national construction of economizing and environment-friendly society, and is a measure to solve the problem of environmental pollution which affects the development of society and economy, especially the serious harm to the health of the people. To realize the reuse of waste slag and to reach the limit of comprehensive utilization ratio of resources will produce positive significance for the whole nonferrous industry to raise the level of comprehensive utilization of resources and provide reference for the treatment of other metal smelting slag.
