涉外电站项目质量管理模式的比较与选择

【摘要】:伴随电站项目工程承包企业纷纷转向海外市场,涉外电站项目承包已变为该行业企业未来业务发展的重点。国际市场竞争变得口益激烈、残酷,要想在竞争中获胜、甚至立于不败之地,这些涉外工程企业需要在各个方面进行不断改进,尤其在项目管理方面的改进。一个涉外电站项目的项目管理重点是项目的质量管理,同时项目质量管理也是项目管理的难点,如何管理好一个涉外电站项目的质量、降低项目风险是摆在这些企业面前的难题,也是需要迫切解决的问题。 本文研究的对象是涉外电站项目质量管理模式。本文通过对电站工程承包企业的质量管理现状的共性分析,对以往及当前涉外电站项目的质量现状的分析,对项目质量管理模式的分析、对比与研究,以及对正在执行的涉外电站项目质量管理的成功案例的介绍,对几种管理模式进行了对比和优选。通过推荐采用适合涉外电站项目的国际第三方检验式模式,帮助企业找到解决涉外电站项目质量管理问题的办法。本文能对涉外电站项目的质量管理及风险控制的实践,有所助益。 全文共分为4章进行论述,阐述了本文研究的背景及现实意义、项目管理及项目质量管理在国内外的研究与应用并引出本文所要研究的课题以及通过文献归纳和访谈调研的方法所要达到的研究目标,介绍了涉外电站项目的特点、质量管理现状以及当前项目质量管理存在的问题,比较了涉外电站项目的四种质量管理模式即甲方式的管理模式、乙方式的管理模式、监理式的质量管理模式以及国际第三方的模式,实施了访谈调研并对访谈调研的结果进行归纳总结,从而总结得出涉外电站项目质量管理模式的最优选择。
[Abstract]:With the power project contracting enterprises turning to overseas market one after another, foreign-related power station project contracting has become the focus of the future business development of the industry enterprises. The international market competition becomes fierce and cruel. In order to win in the competition and even remain invincible, these foreign engineering enterprises need to make continuous improvement in all aspects, especially in the improvement of project management. The project management of a foreign power station project is focused on the quality management of the project. At the same time, the project quality management is also the difficulty of the project management. How to manage the quality of a foreign power station project, Reducing project risk is not only a difficult problem in front of these enterprises, but also an urgent problem to be solved. The object of this paper is the quality management mode of foreign-related power station project. In this paper, through the common analysis of the quality management status of the power station project contracting enterprises, the analysis of the past and current foreign power station project quality status, the analysis, comparison and research of the project quality management model, The successful cases of foreign power station project quality management are introduced, and several management modes are compared and selected. By recommending an international third-party test model suitable for foreign power station projects, this paper helps enterprises to find a solution to the quality management problems of foreign power station projects. This paper can be helpful to the practice of quality management and risk control of foreign power station projects. The full text is divided into four chapters to discuss the background and practical significance of this study. The research and application of project management and project quality management at home and abroad and the research objectives to be achieved by the methods of literature induction and interview are introduced, and the characteristics of foreign-related power station projects are introduced. The present situation of quality management and the problems existing in the current project quality management are compared. The four quality management modes of foreign power station projects are compared: mode A management mode, mode B mode management mode, The quality management mode of supervision type and the mode of international third party have carried out interview investigation and summarized the results of interview investigation, so as to conclude the optimal choice of quality management mode of foreign power station project.
