供应链环境下汽车零部件采购协同控制与优化研究——以JH汽车为例

【摘要】：正1引言伴随着科学技术与社会经济的发展,现阶段人类的生活水平日益提高,汽车作为人类日常生活中重要的交通工具也越来越普及。交通事故频发的今天,汽车显然已与人类的生命安全息息相关。因此,汽车质量越来越受到关注,人们对汽车质量的要求也越来越高。据统计,在影响汽车质量的诸多因素中,零部件采购质量约占已出现的各种质量问题中由此可10%-20%,见,汽车零部件采购质量的成败直接影响到整车质量的优劣,如何改善采购质量亦是提高整车质量的关键所在。
[Abstract]:Introduction 1 with the development of science and technology and social economy, the living standard of human being is improving day by day, and automobile is becoming more and more popular as an important means of transportation in human daily life. With the frequent traffic accidents today, the automobile is obviously closely related to the safety of human life. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of cars, and the requirements for the quality of cars are becoming higher and higher. According to statistics, among the many factors that affect the quality of automobile, the purchasing quality of parts and components accounts for about 10 to 20 of the various quality problems that have appeared. As a result, the success or failure of purchasing quality of automobile parts directly affects the quality of the whole vehicle. How to improve the quality of procurement is also the key to improve the quality of the vehicle.
