【摘要】:伴随经济全球化的发展,企业参与国内国际竞争面临越来越多的挑战。企业核心竞争力优势已不再局限于单一的产品、技术、人才等要素,也不再局限于战略、市场、组织管理等优势,企业提升竞争优势的关键已转变为战略定位、客户市场、组织管理、盈利模式、产品与服务等要素的整合与协同,商业模式竞争力决定了企业的可持续发展。 本文在国内外已有的商业模式研究的基础上,结合企业能力资源和外部环境的战略选择,以宁波FP公司为案例,,探讨我国企业的商业模式构成要素与管理改进策略。本文首先介绍了研究的背景,对研究问题作了基本描述,同时梳理了本文的研究思路与研究方法,并探讨了研究的创新点与难点;其次,结合前人的研究,详细讨论了商业模式的基本内涵、划分类型、构成要素、经典研究框架以及要素关系演化,并从理论视角明确了由战略定位、供应商与渠道、业务系统、产品与服务、客户、以及盈利模式六大要素构成的企业商业模式案例分析框架;再次,在此基础之上以我国知名的汽车零配件进出口公司宁波FP公司为例,详细从六个维度探讨了公司商业模式的现状与优劣性;最后,结合宁波FP公司现有商业模式的不足,分别针对宁波FP公司的战略、供应商与渠道、客户、产品与服务、业务系统、盈利模式等方面提出了管理改进意见。 基于本文的研究探讨,可得出以下研究结论:1.战略定位、供应商与渠道、业务系统、产品与服务、客户、以及盈利模式共同构成了商业模式分析与运营的基本要素,相互之间构成的系统可以作为商业模式理论与实践探讨的重要借鉴;2.宁波FP公司缺乏商业模式的系统设计,结合六大要素的管理改进策略有效协同,可以作为公司商业模式竞争力提升的重要保障,也可作为行业其他企业商业模式运作的参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more challenges to participate in domestic and international competition. The advantages of enterprise core competitiveness are no longer limited to the single product, technology, talent and other factors, and are no longer limited to the advantages of strategy, market, organization and management, and the key to the enterprise to improve the competitive advantage has been changed into strategic positioning, customer market, Organization and management, profit mode, integration and coordination of products and services, and so on, and the competitiveness of business mode determines the sustainable development of enterprises.
On the basis of the existing business model research at home and abroad, combining the strategic choice of enterprise capacity resources and external environment, this paper takes Ningbo FP company as a case to discuss the elements of business model and management improvement strategy of Chinese enterprises. This paper first introduces the background of the research, gives a basic description of the research problems, and combs the paper at the same time. The research ideas and methods are discussed, and the innovative points and difficulties are discussed. Secondly, the basic connotations, types, elements, the classic research framework and the evolution of the relationship are discussed in detail with the previous research, and the strategic orientation, the supplier and channel, the business system, the product and the product are clarified from the theoretical point of view. Service, customer, and profit model six major elements of enterprise business model case analysis framework. Again, on this basis, the well-known auto parts import and export company Ningbo FP company as an example, detailed from six dimensions to explore the status and advantages of the company business model in six dimensions; finally, combined with the existing business of Ningbo company business. The inadequacy of the model puts forward management improvement opinions on the strategy of Ningbo FP company, supplier and channel, customer, product and service, business system, profit model and so on.
Based on this study, we can draw the following conclusions: 1. strategic positioning, supplier and channel, business system, product and service, customer, and profit model constitute the basic elements of business model analysis and operation, and the system of each other can be used as an important reference for the discussion of business model theory and practice; 2. Wave FP company lacks the system design of business model and combines six major elements of management improvement strategy effectively. It can be an important guarantee for the promotion of the competitiveness of the business model of the company, and can also be used as a reference for the business model of other enterprises in the industry.
