水泥制造企业物流能力分析与评价研究

【摘要】：水泥制造企业作为水泥产供销的主体,受企业物流能力的影响很大,无论是原材料的采购,还是生产和销售等环节。一方面,水泥行业竞争激烈,产能过剩,利润空间逐年压缩,而物流作为第三利润源,发展潜力巨大；另一方面,国家整体经济趋势决定未来水泥需求增长趋势将逐步放缓,为寻找新的利益增长点,除了采用新技术进行集约化生产外,针对水泥制造企业面对的物流现状,整合企业现有物流资源、完善物流资源分配机制、提高物流资源利用效率已显得非常迫切。本文的研究以水泥制造企业为中心,通过参阅国内外相关研究文献,结合水泥行业的特点、变化趋势以及水泥制造企业物流现状,以资源基础论和企业核心能力理论等为基础,具体分析水泥原材料采购、生产以及销售等环节的物流有形和无形能力要素以及内外部影响物流能力的因素,并在此基础上,构建了以物流设施能力、物流运输能力、物流运作能力、物流信息能力、区域经济能力五个方面为一级指标的水泥制造企业物流能力评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定指标权重,最后以JD水泥集团在A区域的企业为例,运用模糊综合评价法对其进行评价分析,并提出发展水泥制造企业物流能力的意见。
[Abstract]:As the main body of cement production and marketing, cement manufacturing enterprises are greatly affected by the logistics ability of enterprises, whether the procurement of raw materials, production and sales and other links. On the one hand, the cement industry is highly competitive, with overcapacity, and profit margins are shrinking year by year, while logistics, as the third source of profits, has huge potential for development. On the other hand, the overall economic trend of the country determines that the future growth trend of cement demand will gradually slow down. In order to find new profit growth point, in addition to adopting new technology to carry on intensive production, aiming at the present situation of logistics faced by cement manufacturing enterprises, integrating the existing logistics resources of enterprises and perfecting the distribution mechanism of logistics resources, It is very urgent to improve the efficiency of the utilization of logistics resources. This paper focuses on cement manufacturing enterprises, through referring to the relevant research literature at home and abroad, combining the characteristics of cement industry, the changing trend and the present situation of cement manufacturing enterprises' logistics. Based on the theory of resource base and core competence of enterprises, this paper analyzes the physical and intangible capability factors of cement raw material purchasing, production and sales, and the factors that influence logistics capability, such as internal and external factors. The evaluation index system of logistics capability of cement manufacturing enterprises is constructed, which is based on five aspects: logistics facility capability, logistics transportation ability, logistics operation ability, logistics information ability and regional economic ability. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, taking the enterprise of JD cement group in A area as an example, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze it, and the opinion of developing the logistics ability of cement manufacturing enterprise is put forward.
