动态竞争环境、内部资本市场及企业集团成长——基于联想控股有限公司的案例研究

【摘要】：本文采用案例分析的方法,结合企业集团研究的相关理论,阐述了联想控股有限公司基于动态竞争环境,制定适宜的竞争战略,通过内部资本市场的有效运作,不断优化产业布局,推动企业集团理性增长的路径、机理。研究表明:复杂、快速变化的动态竞争环境促使企业集团不断调整竞争战略、优化产业布局,而在当前我国外部市场环境尚不完善、市场交易成本较高的前提下,借助内部资本市场的信息和监督优势,企业集团进行产业、产品结构调整的交易成本及信息成本远低于通过外部资本市场来运作。联想控股有限公司正是基于动态竞争环境,明确战略定位,选择竞争战略,充分运用内部资本市场进行持续的投资以提升主业的竞争优势和市场竞争地位,进而优化产业布局,形成各板块之间的良性互动,共同推动企业集团的不断成长、壮大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the method of case analysis and combining the relevant theories of enterprise group research, this paper expounds the effective operation of the internal capital market through the effective operation of the internal capital market, which is based on the dynamic competitive environment and the appropriate competitive strategy of Lenovo Holdings Co., Ltd. Continuously optimize the industrial layout, promote the rational growth of enterprise groups path, mechanism. The research shows that the complex and rapidly changing dynamic competition environment urges enterprise groups to constantly adjust their competitive strategies and optimize the industrial layout. However, under the premise of imperfect external market environment and high market transaction costs, With the advantage of information and supervision in internal capital market, the transaction cost and information cost of product structure adjustment are much lower than that of external capital market. Lenovo holding Co., Ltd. is based on the dynamic competitive environment, clear strategic positioning, select competitive strategy, make full use of the internal capital market to carry out sustained investment to enhance the competitive advantage and market competitive position of the main industry, and then optimize the industrial layout. The formation of each plate between the benign interaction, jointly promote the continuous growth of enterprise groups, growing.
