中铁四局企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:当前,国际经济增长缓慢复苏,国内市场环境复杂多变,中铁四局面临众多的发展机遇,但也存在诸多的威胁。为使中铁四局能利用自身的优势去抓住机会持续、健康地发展,同时克服劣势、回避风险,促使企业向做大做强做优,本文通过阅读、总结、分析国内外相关文献,对相关战略管理理论进行梳理回顾的基础上,采用宏观环境分析与微观环境分析、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对中铁四局所处环境进行了详细分析,力求为中铁四局寻求最佳的发展战略。 本文运用统计学、PEST分析法和“五力”分析模型等方法,对中铁四局所处的宏观环境、行业竞争状况进行了分析,认为中铁四局具备快速发展的条件和机遇,但也面临着和其他建筑商之间的竞争加剧、供应商议价能力增强、购买者讨价还价能力强等威胁。本文还运用内部要素评价法对中铁四局内部环境进行了详细分析,认为中铁四局具有较好人、财、物及组织资源的同时,也存在企业发展方向需重新定位和企业运行管理效率低下等问题。 在综合分析的基础上,构建了SWOT分析模型,提出中铁四局的基本竞争战略应采用发展型战略,公司层的总体战略应采用基于核心技术的多领域专业化发展战略。确定中铁四局未来发展的总目标并认为公司总目标实际上是企业做大、做强、做优的过程。随后,本文提出中铁四局做大、做强、做优的途径和措施,并且提出了保证其实施的对策措施。 最后,提出应重点做好6项战略保障:1.信息化保障措施;2.精细化保障措施;3.专业化保障措施;4.创新保障措施;5.人才保障措施;6.企业文化保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the international economic growth recovers slowly, the domestic market environment is complex and changeable, China Railway four Bureau is faced with many development opportunities, but there are also many threats. In order to make the fourth Bureau of China Railway make use of its own advantages to seize the opportunity to develop continuously and healthily, at the same time to overcome the inferior position, avoid the risk, urge the enterprise to become bigger, stronger and better, this paper analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad through reading, summing up, and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad. On the basis of reviewing the relevant strategic management theories, the paper analyzes the environment of the four railway bureaus in detail by combining the macro environmental analysis with the micro environmental analysis, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. In order to seek the best development strategy for the fourth China Railway Bureau, this paper analyzes the macro environment and the competition situation of the four railway corporations by using the methods of statistical analysis and "five forces" analysis model, etc. It is considered that the fourth Bureau of China Railway has the conditions and opportunities for rapid development, but it also faces the threat of intensifying competition with other builders, strengthening the bargaining power of suppliers and strong bargaining power of buyers. This paper also makes a detailed analysis of the internal environment of the fourth China Railway Railway Bureau by using the method of internal factor evaluation. It is considered that the fourth China Railway Railway Bureau has good human, financial, material and organizational resources at the same time. There are also some problems such as the need to reorient the development direction of enterprises and the low efficiency of enterprise operation and management. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the SWOT analysis model is constructed, and the basic competitive strategy of the four railway bureaus of China should adopt the developmental strategy. The overall strategy of company level should adopt multi-domain specialization development strategy based on core technology. It is considered that the overall goal of the company is actually the process of making enterprises bigger, stronger and better. Then, this paper puts forward the ways and measures to make the fourth Bureau of China Railway bigger, stronger and better, and puts forward the countermeasures to ensure its implementation. Finally, it puts forward that we should do a good job of six strategic guarantees: 1. Information security measures. Meticulous safeguard measures. Specialized safeguard measures. Innovation safeguard measures. Talent guarantee measures. Measures to safeguard corporate culture.
