MM锁业公司ERP项目管理团队建设研究

【摘要】:目前,我国的企业大多数处于成长期,不仅信息化基础薄弱而且对于企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)管理思想也不甚理解,而ERP项目实施是一项巨大且复杂的系统工程,涉及的部门、专业及人员众多。如何使一支来自不同公司和业务部门、具备不同知识和技能的临时团队,共同努力完成ERP项目实施计划和任务,这很大程度上决定了ERP项目实施的成功与否。从这个意义上来说,保证ERP项目及时、高效的实施首要因素是加强ERP项目管理团队建设。因此,对ERP项目管理团队建设进行研究,对指导国内企业及时高效的完成ERP项目实施,从而达到提高管理水平、降低生产成本、增加企业效益的目的,有着重要的意义。 本文综合运用理论与实践相结合、分析与综合的研究方法,通过对人力资源管理、项目管理和管理信息系统等学科理论的分析研究,根据ERP项目实施的过程,,结合项目管理团队建设理论,得到ERP项目管理团队建设的关键要素,并以MM锁业公司实施ERP项目为研究对象,将本文研究的重点和范围着眼于ERP项目团队建设与团队管理这一层次上。本文主要的研究内容有:首先,阐述项目团队及ERP项目管理团队建设的相关理论基础,紧接着结合MM锁业公司ERP项目管理团队运行的实际案例,主要分析了MM锁业公司实施ERP项目管理团队建设的现状及存在的问题;最后,针对MM锁业公司ERP团队建设的这些问题,相应地提出改进MM锁业公司ERP项目管理团队建设的对策与建议 本文通过对相关理论的分析研究,结合MM锁业公司实践,研究一套对跨部门ERP项目团队行之有效的团队建设与管理模式,希望能为我国正在实施ERP项目的企业提供一些有价值的理论与实践参考。
[Abstract]:At present, most enterprises in our country are in the period of growth, not only the foundation of informatization is weak, but also the management thought of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is not very clear. The implementation of ERP project is a huge and complex system engineering, involving departments. A large number of professionals and personnel. How to make an interim team with different knowledge and skills from different companies and business departments work together to complete the ERP project implementation plan and task, which largely determines the success of ERP project implementation. In this sense, to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of ERP projects is to strengthen the ERP project management team building. Therefore, this paper studies the construction of ERP project management team, instructs domestic enterprises to complete ERP project implementation in a timely and efficient manner, so as to improve the management level, reduce production costs and increase enterprise efficiency. This paper combines theory with practice, analyses and synthesizes research methods, through the analysis of human resource management, project management and management information system, according to the process of ERP project implementation. Combined with the theory of project management team construction, the key elements of ERP project management team construction are obtained, and the research object is the implementation of ERP project by MM lock industry company. This paper focuses on ERP project team building and team management. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the theoretical basis of the construction of project team and ERP project management team is expounded, and then combined with the actual case of ERP project management team running in MM lock industry company, This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ERP project management team construction in MM lock industry company. Finally, aiming at these problems of ERP team construction in MM lock industry company, The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ERP project management team construction of MM lock industry company are put forward in this paper, through the analysis of relevant theories, combined with the practice of MM lock industry company, This paper studies a set of effective team building and management model for cross-departmental ERP project team, hoping to provide some valuable theoretical and practical reference for the enterprises implementing ERP project in our country.
