云南中小生物企业融资问题研究

【摘要】：中国越来越重视生物企业的发展。国家“十二五”计划已经把生物企业列为十大高科技企业之一。生物企业在最近10年发展非常迅速,但是，，由于生物企业具有高技术、高投入、高风险、周期长、高收益等特点,融资问题一直困扰着中国的中小生物企业,云南作为西部欠发达省份之一，中小生物企业的融资更加困难。本文主要研究云南中小生物企业的融资问题，其中重点阐述了目前云南中小生物企业的几种融资途径。云南中小生物企业在解决融资问题上主要还是依靠创业者筹资和银行小额贷款以及国家科技补贴。虽然最近几年中央政府和地方政府在中小生物企业融资问题上做了很多改进措施,但是云南中小生物企业的融资现状依旧不容乐观,。本文还分析了影响云南中小生物企业融资的因素,并在此基础上提出合理化建议和融资策略。其中,拓宽融资渠道,在今后几年将是云南中小生物企业融资所要解决的首要问题。在拓宽融资途径中，风险融资因其独特性值得关注,另外我们也应在吸引私募基金和争取银行贷款上下功夫。
[Abstract]:China pays more and more attention to the development of biological enterprises. The national 12-year plan has listed biological enterprises as one of the top 10 high-tech enterprises. Biological enterprises have been developing very rapidly in the last 10 years. However, because of the characteristics of high technology, high investment, high risk, long cycle and high income, the financing problem has been puzzling the small and medium-sized biological enterprises in China. Yunnan, as one of the less developed provinces in the west, is more difficult to finance small and medium-sized biological enterprises. This paper mainly studies the financing problems of Yunnan small and medium sized biological enterprises, among which several financing ways of Yunnan small and medium biological enterprises are expounded. In order to solve the financing problem, Yunnan small and medium-sized biological enterprises mainly rely on entrepreneurs' financing, bank micro-loans and state subsidies for science and technology. Although the central government and local governments have made a lot of improvement measures on the financing of small and medium-sized biological enterprises in recent years, the financing status of small and medium-sized biological enterprises in Yunnan is still not optimistic. The paper also analyzes the factors that affect the financing of Yunnan small and medium sized biological enterprises, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions and financing strategies. In the next few years, it will be the most important problem for Yunnan small and medium-sized biological enterprises to solve. In broadening financing channels, risk financing is worth paying attention to because of its uniqueness, and we should also work hard to attract private equity funds and secure bank loans.
