基于配送中心的商品混凝土企业集中配送模式研究

【摘要】：当今，商品混凝土企业面临着巨大的行业发展前景，同时也面对着激烈和残酷的市场竞争。为求生存和更好的发展，混凝土搅拌站选址及配送模式优化备受关注。但仍然存在以下三方面的问题：搅拌站选址缺乏科学的、定量化的评价标准和决策方法；传统的配送模式配送成本高，利润较低；混凝土订单分配不够优化。基于此，论文提出一种基于配送中心的混凝土集中配送模式，主要解决混凝土搅拌站选址、配送中心选址、订单分配优化三个关键问题。在混凝土搅拌站选址方面，研究了搅拌站选址评价指标体系的构建以及应用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）进行选址的具体过程。首先，通过文献研究和专家访谈识别了35个搅拌站选址的影响因素；然后，通过问卷调查法，并用SPSS统计分析各影响因素的重要性，从而选择了17个显著因素建立了搅拌站选址的评价指标体系；最后，应用FAHP对混凝土搅拌站选址决策进行评估，并通过实证论证了其科学性和有效性。在配送中心选址方面，借鉴物流系统中的配送中心理论，提出预拌混凝土车辆配送中心的概念，进而研究了车辆配送中心的选址问题，建立了配送中心选址模型，提出了免疫优化算法求解的实现过程，并通过一个实例论证了其可行性和有效性。在订单分配优化方面，，探索了配送中心订单收集、分配及优化调度的工作流程，进而建立了基于配送中心的混凝土订单任务分配模型，研究了遗传算法求解模型的实现过程，最后通过实证论证了其准确性和经济性。研究结果表明，基于配送中心的商品混凝土集中配送模式对于企业提升生产经营效率、降低配送成本、最大化利润、提升市场竞争力等方面具有重要的理论和现实意义，是一种值得借鉴和推广的混凝土配送模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the commercial concrete enterprises are facing the huge industry development prospect, but also facing the fierce and cruel market competition. In order to survive and develop better, the site selection and distribution mode optimization of concrete mixing station has attracted much attention. However, there are still three problems: lack of scientific and quantitative evaluation criteria and decision methods in mixing plant location; high distribution cost and low profit in traditional distribution mode; inadequate distribution of concrete orders. Based on this, this paper puts forward a concrete centralized distribution model based on distribution center, which mainly solves three key problems: concrete mixing station location, distribution center location and order allocation optimization. In the aspect of site selection of concrete mixing station, the construction of site evaluation index system and the concrete process of location selection by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are studied. First of all, through literature research and expert interviews to identify 35 mixing station location factors, and then, through the questionnaire survey method, using SPSS statistical analysis of the importance of the factors, Finally, FAHP is used to evaluate the site selection of concrete mixing station, and the scientific and effective results are demonstrated by empirical analysis. In the aspect of distribution center location, referring to the theory of distribution center in logistics system, the concept of vehicle distribution center of ready-mixed concrete is put forward, and then the location problem of vehicle distribution center is studied, and the location model of distribution center is established. The realization process of immune optimization algorithm is presented, and its feasibility and effectiveness are demonstrated by an example. In the aspect of order distribution optimization, the workflow of order collection, distribution and optimal scheduling in distribution center is explored, and then the concrete order task assignment model based on distribution center is established, and the realization process of genetic algorithm solving model is studied. Finally, it proves its accuracy and economy by demonstration. The results show that the centralized distribution model of commodity concrete based on distribution center has important theoretical and practical significance for enterprises to improve production efficiency, reduce distribution costs, maximize profits, enhance market competitiveness, and so on. It is a concrete distribution model that is worth using for reference and popularizing.
