新鲜度条件下生鲜食品配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高,生鲜食品已经成为人们日常生活中必不可少的一部分,它们的新鲜度和食用安全性既是消费者关注的焦点,也是其价值所在。与普通快速消费品相比,生鲜食品具有易腐败变质、保质期较短等特点。为了保证消费者能够购买到新鲜的生鲜食品,必须建设生鲜食品配送中心以满足消费者对生鲜食品在质量与时间上的需求。科学、合理的生鲜食品配送中心选址不仅能缩短流通环节、降低流通费用,而且可以及时、高效地向消费者配送新鲜度高的生鲜食品。 本文在回顾了国内外生鲜食品配送中心选址问题的基础上,针对我国国情对生鲜食品配送中心的选址进行研究,根据生鲜食品的特性和新鲜度条件下生鲜食品配送中心选址特点,借鉴多种配送中心选址模型与方法,对传统的生鲜食品配送中心选址模型进行改进,建立新鲜度条件下的生鲜食品配送中心选址模型并进行求解。 首先,明确了生鲜食品的概念、特点,生鲜食品新鲜度的概念、影响因素,配送中心的概念、功能和分类,,生鲜食品配送中心的特殊性、类型、作用、运作模式;其次,对新鲜度条件下生鲜食品配送中心选址的特点、原则、目标和影响因素进行分析,为确定配送中心备选地址做好准备。再次,介绍了配送中心选址常用的几种模型,着重介绍了重心法、CFLP法和BaumolWolfe模型,然后在传统模型的基础上对模型进行改进,建立考虑生鲜食品新鲜度的选址模型,包括选址模型的基本假设、符号说明等,并对模型的求解工具进行分析,选定使用LINGO软件对模型进行求解。最后,对算例进行分析,运用论文中提出的新鲜度条件下生鲜食品配送中心选址模型,为T公司拟兴建的生鲜食品配送中心进行选址,使用LINGO对模型进行求解,从四个候选地址中选择一个或几个配送中心,并验证模型的可行性。此外,还对模型中的参数变化对选址结果和各成本的影响作了灵敏度分析。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards, fresh food has become an indispensable part of people's daily life. Their freshness and food safety are not only the focus of consumers' attention, but also their value. Compared with FMCG, fresh food has the characteristics of corruption and short shelf life. In order to ensure that consumers can buy fresh food, it is necessary to build fresh food distribution center to meet consumers' demand for fresh food in quality and time. Scientific and reasonable location of fresh food distribution center can not only shorten circulation link and reduce circulation cost, but also distribute fresh food with high freshness to consumers in time and efficiently. On the basis of reviewing the location of fresh food distribution center at home and abroad, this paper studies the location of fresh food distribution center according to the situation of our country. According to the characteristics of fresh food and the location characteristics of fresh food distribution center under the condition of freshness, the traditional location model of fresh food distribution center is improved by using various distribution center location models and methods for reference. The location model of fresh food distribution center under freshness was established and solved. First of all, the concept, characteristics, freshness of fresh food, influencing factors, concept, function and classification of distribution center, particularity, type, function and operation mode of fresh food distribution center are clarified. This paper analyzes the characteristics, principles, objectives and influencing factors of the location of fresh food distribution center under freshness condition, so as to prepare for the determination of alternative address of distribution center. Thirdly, several models of distribution center location are introduced, especially the center of gravity method CFLP method and BaumolWolfe model. Then the model is improved on the basis of the traditional model, and the location model considering the freshness of fresh food is established. Including the basic assumptions of the location model, symbolic description, and analysis of the model solution tools, choose to use lingo software to solve the model. Finally, an example is analyzed, and the location model of fresh food distribution center under freshness condition is put forward in this paper. The location of fresh food distribution center proposed by T Company is selected, and the model is solved by lingo. Select one or more distribution centers from four candidate addresses and verify the feasibility of the model. In addition, the sensitivity analysis of the influence of the parameter variation on the location results and the cost is also given.
