长三角地区改革开放前后服装产业发展研究

【摘要】：本文试图在前人研究的基础上，通过回顾长三角地区改革开放前后服装产业的发展历程，，厘清其发展脉络，描绘出该地区特定历史阶段内服装产业的发展简史。特别是对该地区在经历了几十年发展所沉淀与积累而形成的产业集聚现象进行分析阐述，发掘其深层次的形成发展原因以及未来产业发展趋势，总结改革开放前后两个时间段长三角地区服装产业不同的发展特点以及其所展现的历史风貌，总结其变迁规律。通过本课题的研究与探索，以期为相关领域的研究工作提供较为系统的背景参考。并力求在此基础上，对中国服装产业新时期的发展方向作一些前瞻性的思考和探索，特别是希望能够对于长三角地区服装产业转型升级以及对于中西部地区服装产业梯度转移方面提供一些有价值的参考。论文第一章为绪论部分，阐述论文立题依据、课题研究意义、课题研究现状以及相关概念的界定和论文总体框架与研究方法的设计；第二章在忠实地分析了本文所研究服装产业发展的时代背景之后，通过两个时间段的纵向比较方式分别将三地（江、浙、沪）进行产业发展概述；第三章通过产业规模、产品种类、工艺设备、销售渠道四个方面比较分析产业发展、规模集聚的原因所在；第四章拟从集体所有制服装企业、合资与外资服装企业及民营服装企业三个角度进行阐述服装产业发展的阶段性特征及时代特点；第五章从“长三角地区服装产业转型升级”和“中西部地区承接服装产业转移”两个部分进行阐述，主要部分是第一部分即长三角地区服装产业转型升级部分；第六章为结论和后续研究部分。在论文的写作过程中，笔者主要采用宏观与微观相结合的方法，宏观层面的相关数据与资料主要通过作者在上海市图书馆、南京市图书馆、江苏省档案馆、江苏省方志馆以及无锡市图书馆、江南大学图书馆资料的查阅以及上海、江苏、浙江三地的纺织工业志以及中国纺织工业年鉴（1982-1995年）等相关文献获取，微观层面主要通过服装企业的个案分析以及与相关服装企业负责人的访谈中获取。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, this paper attempts to clarify the development of garment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region by reviewing the development process of clothing industry before and after the reform and opening up to the outside world, and to describe the brief history of the clothing industry development in the specific historical period of the region. In particular, the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration, which has been precipitated and accumulated through decades of development, is analyzed and expounded, and the reasons for its deep formation and development as well as the trend of industrial development in the future are explored. This paper summarizes the different development characteristics and historical features of garment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region before and after the reform and opening up, and summarizes its vicissitude law. Through the research and exploration of this subject, we hope to provide a systematic background reference for the research work in related fields. And on the basis of this, we will make some forward-looking thinking and exploration on the development direction of China's garment industry in the new period. In particular, it is hoped to provide some valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of garment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and the gradient transfer of garment industry in the central and western regions. The first chapter is the introduction part, which describes the basis of the thesis, the significance of the research, the status quo of the research, the definition of related concepts and the design of the overall framework and research methods. Chapter two, after faithfully analyzing the background of the clothing industry development in this paper, summarizes the three places (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai) through the longitudinal comparison of two time periods, and the third chapter summarizes the industrial scale through the industrial scale. Comparing and analyzing the causes of industrial development and scale agglomeration from four aspects: product category, process equipment and sales channel. Chapter IV proposes to analyze the reasons for the agglomeration of industrial development from the perspective of collective-owned garment enterprises. From three angles of joint-venture and foreign-funded garment enterprises and private garment enterprises, this paper expounds the stage characteristics and times characteristics of garment industry development. The fifth chapter from "the Yangtze River Delta region clothing industry transformation and upgrading" and "the central and western regions to undertake clothing industry transfer" two parts to elaborate, the main part is the first part, the Yangtze River Delta region clothing industry transformation and upgrading part; The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the follow-up research part. In the process of writing the thesis, the author mainly adopts the method of combining macro and micro, and the relevant data and materials at macro level are mainly passed by the author in Shanghai Library, Nanjing Library, Jiangsu Archives, etc. Access to the library materials of Jiangsu Provincial Chronicles and Wuxi City Library, Jiangnan University Library, and the Textile Industry Records of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, as well as the Yearbook of China's Textile Industry (1982-1995). Micro-level mainly through the clothing enterprise case analysis and related clothing business leaders interviews.
