我国风力发电产业链有效资源整合问题研究

【摘要】:风能的开发利用是中国发电系统实现可持续发展的重要保障,也是社会各界认可的清洁能源发展中的重要组成部分。自从2012年以来,部分风电企业退出风电产业的消息陆续传来。如何实现风电产业可持续发展,提升风电企业的核心竞争力已经到了紧要关头。当今,世界范围内企业之间的竞争归结于产业链之间的竞争。而产业链是近几年发展起来,是研究宏观方面的产业与微观企业之间的有效工具。科学的、合理的产业链结构是提升企业核心竞争力和价值链增值的最直接的管理方法,是实现企业可持续发展根本保证。 中国风电产业经过五年的爆发式发展已具规模化制造能力。而且我国风机装机容量赶超美国,位居世界第一。然而随之而来的问题也逐渐显现。近几年出现的风机的自主研发能力弱等管理与技术问题,迫使企业领导者认识到现有的风电产业链结构已不能适应当今的风电产业发展模式。那么如何才能进行产业链结构调整呢?无疑最直接、最有效的途径就是合理的进行产业链有效资源整合。适时升级现有的产业链结构,进行企业内部的产业链结构升级,对于企业的持续、快速发展具有重大的现实意义。 本文从国内外产业链理论、产业链整合理论介绍入手,对我国风电产业链的总体特征及上游、中游及下游发展的概况进行归纳总结,并分析研究了我国风电产业链中存在的产能过剩引起供需失衡、产业链各环节发展过于分散、产业链高附加值环节薄弱、产业质量问题频发等。接着运用PEST分析法从宏观方面的政策、经济、社会及技术进行研究,然后采用SWOT分析法对微观层面的许继风电企业的现有产业链结构进行研究,综合宏观与微观的研究结果,得出我国风电企业要获得新的发展,进行产业链有效资源整合是必由之路。而且,升级后的产业链结构是提升企业核心竞争力的最有效的管理方法。随后,构建我国风电产业战略联盟型资源整合模型,并通过许继的产业链资源整合的案例加以佐证。此外,为了全面地论证产业链整合在企业发展进程所起到发挥的巨大作用,又对风电产业内领军的金风科技的产业链结构的进行了分析。最后,从宏观、微观及战略层面提出产业链整合的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of wind energy is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of power generation system in China, and also an important part of clean energy development recognized by all walks of life. Since 2012, some wind power enterprises out of the wind power industry news came one after another. How to realize the sustainable development of wind power industry, enhance the core competitiveness of wind power enterprises has reached a critical point. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises in the world comes down to the competition between industrial chains. Industrial chain is developed in recent years, and it is an effective tool to study macroscopical industries and micro enterprises. Scientific and reasonable industrial chain structure is the most direct management method to enhance the core competitiveness and value chain value added of enterprises, and it is the fundamental guarantee to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. After five years of explosive development, the wind power industry in China has the ability to manufacture on a large scale. And our country fan installed capacity catch up with the United States, ranked first in the world. However, the following problems also gradually emerged. In recent years, management and technical problems such as weak independent R & D capability of wind turbine have forced enterprise leaders to realize that the existing structure of wind power industry chain can no longer adapt to the current wind power industry development model. So how can we adjust the industrial chain structure? Undoubtedly, the most direct, the most effective way is the rational integration of effective resources in the industrial chain. It is of great practical significance for the sustained and rapid development of enterprises to upgrade the existing industrial chain structure and upgrade the industrial chain structure within the enterprise. Starting with the introduction of industry chain theory and industry chain integration theory at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the general characteristics of wind power industry chain in China and the general situation of upstream, middle and downstream development. It also analyzes and studies the imbalance between supply and demand caused by overcapacity in the industrial chain of wind power industry in China, the development of various links in the industrial chain is too dispersed, the high value-added link of the industrial chain is weak, and the problems of industrial quality occur frequently. Then using pest analysis method from the macro aspects of policy, economy, society and technology to study, and then using SWOT analysis of the micro level of the existing industrial chain structure of Xuji wind power enterprises, comprehensive macro and micro research results, It is concluded that the integration of effective resources in industrial chain is the only way for wind power enterprises in China to obtain new development. Moreover, the upgraded industrial chain structure is the most effective management method to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then, the model of resource integration of wind power industry strategic alliance is constructed, and proved by Xu Ji's case of industry chain resource integration. In addition, in order to demonstrate the great role of industrial chain integration in the enterprise development process, the structure of the industrial chain of gold wind technology, which is the leader in wind power industry, is analyzed. Finally, from the macro-level, micro-level and strategic level of industrial chain integration security measures.
