东营光伏竞争战略研究

【摘要】：光伏行业是朝阳行业,经过近几年的高速发展,已成为国家新兴战略行业之首的新能源产业的重要组成部分。随着国家对光伏行业的大力扶持和国内市场的启动,光伏行业面临着巨大的发展机遇。同时,由于光伏发电成本仍然较高,产能严重过剩,加上欧美国家对中国产的太阳能电池进行反倾销和反补贴调查,整个光伏行业竞争愈加残酷,价格愈来愈低,已经逼近成本价;另外一方面,中国光伏企业由于迅速的扩张,在人才、资金和管理上参差不齐,存在很大的缺陷,同时也缺乏长期的战略的研究和长期发展规划。光伏企业面临着巨大的生存压力和发展困境。东营光伏是一家中小光伏企业,通过调研、定性定量分析和系统分析,运用战略管理和质量管的相关理论和研究方法对东营光伏的竞争战略进行了深入研究。运用PEST法、波特五力分析模型对东营光伏的宏观环境、行业竞争环境和内部环境进行了分析,并通过SWOT模型分析制定了东营光伏采用SO战略,进一步分析制定了东营光伏质量领先的差异化竞争战略。为保证战略的实现,东营光伏须采取加强ISO9001国际质量认证体系建设、加强精益六西格玛体系建设、加强人力资源的绩效管理、加强质量文化建设和建设学习型组织等措施,从而使东营光伏达到世界水平制造,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:Photovoltaic industry is a sunrise industry. With the rapid development in recent years, photovoltaic industry has become an important part of the new energy industry. With the strong support of the country to the photovoltaic industry and the start of the domestic market, the photovoltaic industry is facing enormous development opportunities. At the same time, due to the high cost of photovoltaic power generation, serious overcapacity and anti-dumping and countervailing investigations of solar cells made in China by European and American countries, the competition in the whole photovoltaic industry is becoming more and more cruel and the price is getting lower and lower. On the other hand, because of the rapid expansion of photovoltaic enterprises in China, there are many problems in talent, capital and management, but also lack of long-term strategic research and long-term development planning. Photovoltaic enterprises are facing enormous pressure and development difficulties. Dongying photovoltaic is a small photovoltaic enterprise. Through investigation, qualitative and quantitative analysis and systematic analysis, the competitive strategy of Dongying photovoltaic is deeply studied by using the relevant theories and research methods of strategic management and quality management. The macro environment, competition environment and internal environment of Dongying photovoltaic were analyzed by pest method and Porter five-force analysis model, and the so strategy of Dongying photovoltaic was established by SWOT model analysis. Further analysis and development of Dongying photovoltaic quality leading competitive strategy. In order to ensure the realization of the strategy, Dongying photovoltaic should take measures such as strengthening the construction of ISO9001 international quality certification system, strengthening the construction of Lean six Sigma system, strengthening the performance management of human resources, strengthening the construction of quality culture and building learning organization, etc. So that Dongying photovoltaic to achieve world level manufacturing, in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
