【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的加快和市场竞争程度的加剧,企业面临的经营环境越来越复杂。企业与企业之间的竞争已开始被供应链与供应链之间的竞争模式所取代。采购作为供应链不可缺少的重要部分,,其对于供应链的增值功能已被越来越多的企业所重视。对采购活动的有效管理和不断创新改进不仅可以降低供应链成本,而且在实现对供应链中各活动的同步化、集成化管理起着杠杆作用,增强企业核心竞争力,确保企业在快速多变的市场中处于领先地位。迅猛发展的电子行业市场对很大程度上依赖于供应链的电子制造服务企业提出了更高的要求和挑战。 本文首先介绍了供应链及其管理和供应链下采购及其管理的基本定义,然后对采购组织、采购策略、供应商管理相关理论原理,以及电子制造服务企业的供应链采购管理等进行了阐述。在此基础上,结合E公司实际,对E公司的供应链下采购管理的现状和面临的问题原因进行了分析论述,设定优化目标,并由此提出E公司供应链下采购管理的优化方案,包括采购组织的重新构建,采购策略的调整,构建与客户、供应商的共同战略伙伴关系。最后通过实际案例V项目的试运行及运行结果评价,证明本文所提出的的供应链下采购管理的优化方案是可行的。希望本文能推动E公司建立完善的供应链采购管理模式,并对同行具有借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the aggravation of market competition, enterprises are facing more and more complex business environment. Competition between enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chain and supply chain. As an indispensable part of supply chain, purchasing has been paid more and more attention to the value added function of supply chain. The effective management of purchasing activities and continuous innovation and improvement can not only reduce the cost of supply chain, but also realize the synchronization of all activities in the supply chain. Integrated management plays a leverage role to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To ensure that the enterprise in the rapid changing market in the leading position. The rapid development of electronic industry market has put forward higher requirements and challenges to electronic manufacturing service enterprises which depend on supply chain to a great extent. This paper first introduces the basic definitions of supply chain and its management, and then introduces the relevant theories and principles of purchasing organization, purchasing strategy and supplier management. And the electronic manufacturing service enterprise supply chain procurement management and so on has carried on the elaboration. On this basis, combined with the practice of E Company, this paper analyzes and discusses the present situation and reasons of purchasing management in E Company's supply chain, sets the optimization goal, and then puts forward the optimization scheme of purchasing management under E Company's supply chain. It includes the reconstruction of purchasing organization, the adjustment of purchasing strategy, and the establishment of common strategic partnership with customers and suppliers. Finally, through the trial operation and the evaluation of the operation results of the V project, it is proved that the optimal scheme of purchasing management under the supply chain proposed in this paper is feasible. I hope this paper can promote E company to establish a perfect supply chain procurement management model, and to peer reference.
