采掘业上市公司核心竞争力评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济长期快速发展,对能源、资源的需求将不断扩大,这为中国采掘类企业的发展提供了丰厚的利润和广阔的前景。能源、资源采掘行业面临着国内和国际的激烈竞争。中国国内的采掘类公司竞争能力如何,能否在残酷的市场竞争中存活并得以发展,事关中国经济安全和能源安全。 采掘类公司数量众多、大小不一、技术管理水平千差万别。本文选取其中的部分上市公司进行核心竞争力指标体系的研究,一是因为上市公司数据容易获得,便于开展定量化研究;其次,希望通过对此类企业中“管理最规范”,核心竞争力强的企业的研究,对采掘类公司的整体竞争力做出全面客观的判断,为国家实施行业管理提供决策参考。除此之外,对采掘业上市公司核心竞争力的综合分析有利于公司、政府及广大利益相关者做出正确的投资决策,来达到提高投资收益、降低风险的目的。基于对核心竞争力的上述认识,本文以采掘业上市公司为研究对象,结合面板数据模型对影响核心竞争力的财务和非财务因素进行了分析,,旨在全面改善我国采掘业上市公司的核心竞争力指标体系,为未来实现可持续发展创造条件。 论文内容展分为七个部分。第一部分是绪论,主要阐述本论文研究的选题背景、意义、研究方法、研究内容及技术路线图。第二部分是文献回顾,通过对国内外学者在核心竞争力方面研究进行系统梳理,为本文的建立研究基础,提供研究方向性、研究方法、研究模型方面的参考。第三部分是理论研究,通过对核心竞争力内涵及战略理论、财务管理理论、公司治理理论、公司绩效理论、可持续发展理论等相关理论的详细分析研究,为本文建立扎实的理论基础。第四部分阐述核心竞争力指标体系研究的模型,详细论述模型的成立条件、模型的形式。第五部分介绍本文的指标体系,根据对采掘业上市公司其地理、主营业务等因素的分析选择,结合国内外核心竞争力评价指标的设计成果,构建本文研究的采掘业上市公司核心竞争力的指标体系。第六部分对核心竞争力的实证研究及其结果的解释。第七也是最后一部分是研究结论,将论文的研究工作进行总结,并对采掘业上市公司的未来进行展望。 本文研究中可能存在以下创新:第一,研究视角。本文对核心竞争力的研究不是以上市公司个体而是整体展开,充分考虑开采业所具有的特殊性,构建研究框架。第二,评价指标体系。论文研究中引入了员工价值相对数、学位比例、科研人员比例等非财务指标,重新构建了我国采掘业上市公司核心竞争力评价指标体系。第三,核心竞争力评价模型。文中针对采掘业上市公司的研究提出了一个较为全面反映评价核心竞争力的模型,以期能够站在全面、客观的视角对我国采掘业上市公司的核心竞争力做出评价。
[Abstract]:With the long-term rapid development of China's economy, the demand for energy and resources will continue to expand, which provides rich profits and broad prospects for the development of Chinese extractive enterprises. The industry of energy and resource extraction is facing fierce competition both at home and abroad. Whether the domestic extractive companies can survive and develop in the cruel market competition has a bearing on China's economic and energy security. The number of extractive companies is numerous, the size is different, the technical management level is very different. In this paper, some of the listed companies are selected to study the core competitiveness index system. One is that the data of listed companies are easy to obtain and the quantitative research can be carried out. Secondly, it is hoped that through the "most standardized management" of this kind of enterprises, The research of enterprises with strong core competence makes a comprehensive and objective judgment on the overall competitiveness of mining companies and provides a reference for the government to implement industry management. In addition, the comprehensive analysis of the core competitiveness of listed companies in extractive industries is conducive to the company, the government and the broad range of stakeholders to make the right investment decisions, to achieve the purpose of increasing investment returns and reducing risks. Based on the above understanding of the core competence, this paper analyzes the financial and non-financial factors that affect the core competitiveness, taking the listed companies in the extractive industry as the research object, combined with the panel data model. The aim of this paper is to improve the index system of the core competitiveness of the listed companies in China's extractive industry, and to create conditions for the sustainable development in the future. The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, significance, research method, research content and technical roadmap of this paper. The second part is a literature review, through the domestic and foreign scholars in the core competitiveness of a systematic combing, for the establishment of this research foundation, research direction, research methods, research model reference. The third part is the theoretical research, through the core competitiveness connotation and the strategic theory, the financial management theory, the corporate governance theory, the company performance theory, the sustainable development theory and so on related theories detailed analysis research. To establish a solid theoretical basis for this article. The fourth part describes the research model of the core competitiveness index system, the establishment conditions of the model and the form of the model. The fifth part introduces the index system of this paper, according to the analysis and selection of the geography, main business and other factors of the listed companies in the extractive industry, combined with the design results of the evaluation index of the core competitiveness at home and abroad. This paper constructs the index system of the core competitiveness of the listed companies in the extractive industry. The sixth part of the core competitiveness of empirical research and the interpretation of the results. The seventh and last part is the conclusion of the research, which summarizes the research work and looks forward to the future of the listed companies in the extractive industry. In this paper, there may be the following innovations: first, research perspective. In this paper, the core competence of listed companies is not the individual but the overall development, fully consider the particularity of the mining industry, and build a research framework. Second, the evaluation index system. This paper introduces non-financial indexes, such as relative number of employee value, proportion of degree, proportion of scientific research personnel and so on, and reconstructs the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of listed companies in extractive industries in China. Third, the core competitiveness evaluation model. This paper puts forward a model for evaluating the core competence of the listed companies in the mining industry in order to evaluate the core competence of the listed companies in the mining industry from a comprehensive and objective perspective.
