烟草物流配送调度综合优化方法的研究

【摘要】:作为世界第一烟草大国,我国烟草行业长期以来都是国家及地方财政收入的重要来源,其在国民经济中处于极其重要的地位。但是近年来,我国烟草行业,尤其是烟草分销领域的发展正面临着国内外双重压力的严峻形势:对外要抵御国际烟草巨头的扩张和渗透,对内要与高速发展的国内物流公司进行激烈的市场竞争。面对新形势,国家烟草总局做出了发展烟草现代物流的重要指示,并将其作为提升烟草流通企业市场竞争力的重要途径和手段。 以客户需求服务为核心的拉动式烟草物流配送调度方法,有助于实现物流资源的有效整合与合理配置,极大提高烟草商业企业的物流效率和服务质量。当前我国在这方面的相关研究还不充实,对此仍有很大的研究空间。本论文,结合参加湖南省益阳市烟草专卖局(公司)专项科技项目“烟草商业企业精益物流应用研究”的科研工作,从烟草企业卷烟物流配送的实际需求出发,对烟草物流配送调度综合优化方法进行了选题研究。 本文的主要研究内容及成果包括: (1)对我国烟草物流配送调度进行系统化的剖析,分析总结了我国烟草行业及其物流配送的特征,我国烟草物流配送调度问题的现状和存在问题,并从模式、策略和业务流程三方面对烟草物流配送调度问题进行综合分析。 (2)提出了差异化的配送调度策略,构建了基于工作量均衡的、带软时间窗的配送调度综合优化模型,以解决实际配送复杂需求下的车辆选择、货物配装、配送路线优化等问题。 (3)提出改进的遗传算法用于模型求解,通过matlab编程实现,并对改进的算法进行可行性和有效性验证。 (4)以益阳市烟草公司的实际物流配送调度业务综合优化为实例,将本文调度方法获得的优化方案与公司现有调度结果进行比较分析,验证本文调度方法的高效性。 本文基于差异化配送策略提出的烟草物流配送调度优化方法,具有较强的实践性和高效性,为降低烟草流通企业物流运输成本、提高物流服务质量、增强企业综合竞争力提供了方法支持,不仅对烟草物流配送调度的合理实现具有重要的借鉴作用,对其他行业的调度优化也具有很好的参考价值。
[Abstract]:As the largest tobacco country in the world, China's tobacco industry has been an important source of national and local financial revenue for a long time, and it plays an extremely important role in the national economy. However, in recent years, the development of tobacco industry in China, especially in the field of tobacco distribution, is facing a severe situation of double pressure at home and abroad: to resist the expansion and infiltration of international tobacco giants. Domestic and high-speed development of domestic logistics companies to carry out fierce market competition. In the face of the new situation, the State Administration of Tobacco has given important instructions for the development of modern tobacco logistics, and regarded it as an important way and means to enhance the market competitiveness of tobacco circulation enterprises. Based on customer demand and service, the pull-out distribution scheduling method of tobacco logistics is helpful to realize the effective integration and rational allocation of logistics resources, and greatly improve the logistics efficiency and service quality of tobacco commercial enterprises. At present, the relevant research in this field is not substantial, there is still a lot of room for research. This paper, combined with the scientific research work of the special scientific and technological project of Yiyang Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) of Hunan Province, "Research on the Application of Lean Logistics of Tobacco Commercial Enterprises", proceeds from the actual demand of cigarette logistics distribution in tobacco enterprises. This paper studies the comprehensive optimization method of tobacco logistics distribution scheduling. The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the systematic analysis of the distribution scheduling of tobacco logistics in China, and the analysis and summary of the characteristics of tobacco industry and its logistics distribution in China. The present situation and existing problems of tobacco logistics distribution scheduling problem in China are analyzed comprehensively from three aspects: mode, strategy and business process. A comprehensive optimization model of distribution scheduling based on workload balance and soft time window is constructed to solve the problem of vehicle selection and cargo loading under the complex demand of actual distribution. This paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm for model solving, which is realized by matlab programming. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the improved algorithm are verified. The efficiency of the proposed scheduling method is verified by comparing and analyzing the optimization scheme obtained by the proposed scheduling method and the current scheduling results of the company. The optimization method of tobacco logistics distribution scheduling based on the differentiated distribution strategy has strong practicality and high efficiency in order to reduce the transportation cost of tobacco circulation enterprises and improve the quality of logistics service. Enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises provides method support, which not only has an important reference role for the rational realization of tobacco logistics distribution scheduling, but also has a good reference value for the scheduling optimization of other industries.
