大规模风能并网发电的可靠性和经济性研究

【摘要】:随着全球能源危机的急剧加深和对环境问题的日益关注,风电作为可再生能源中技术相对成熟、商业化发展前景良好、规模化开发条件充足的清洁能源,已经成为世界主要大国调整能源结构的重要选择。我国的风电行业起步较晚,近年来虽然在政策法规的指导和鼓励下发展迅猛,但是存在个别关键零部件的设计技术仍然依靠国外进口,部分风电设备质量和可靠性未能及时跟上等方面不足,严重影响了风电产业的规模化发展速度,延缓了风电产业经济性的提升速度,因此提高风电的可靠性和经济性,对促进风电与电网的协调发展起着至关重要的作用。 本文首先阐述了目前国内外风力发电的研究现状,分析了我国风电产业的发展存在的问题,探讨了风能并入电网所引发的一些亟待解决的问题。其次,研究了风电场并网发电的可靠性影响因素,从技术和经济两个视角入手,构建了风电场并网发电的可靠性分析模型,设计了衡量风电场并网发电的可靠性评价模型,探讨了风电并网的连续性、安全性和充裕性问题,采用算例分析验证了模型和指标的科学性和有效性。再次,一方面,从风能发电的环保角度出发,提出了评价风电节能效益和减排效益的指标,建立了风能并网发电的节能减排效益分析模型;另一方面,从长远角度考虑,分析了风能开发利用的环境问题,构建了风能利用的环境影响模型,并通过算例分析验证了模型的正确性和有效性。最后,从市场角度确定了影响风电经济性能的因素,提出了评价风能并网发电的经济和社会效益指标,并且从盈利性和社会性两个层面建立了风能并网发电的经济性评价体系,分别选择了单纯BP神经网络算法和改进的PSO-BP神经网络算法验证指标的合理性,证明了后者对比于前者具有更好的网络学习能力和推理能力,旨在为风电产业的快速发展奠定更坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid deepening of the global energy crisis and increasing attention to environmental issues, wind power as a renewable energy technology is relatively mature, commercial development prospects are good, large-scale development conditions are adequate clean energy, It has become an important choice for major powers in the world to adjust their energy structure. The wind power industry in China started relatively late. In recent years, although the wind power industry has developed rapidly under the guidance and encouragement of policies and regulations, there are still some key parts of the design technology imported from abroad. The lack of quality and reliability of some wind power equipment in time has seriously affected the speed of large-scale development of the wind power industry, slowed down the speed of economic upgrading of the wind power industry, and thus improved the reliability and economy of wind power. It plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of wind power and power grid. This paper first describes the current research situation of wind power generation at home and abroad, analyzes the problems existing in the development of wind power industry in China, and discusses some problems that need to be solved urgently caused by the integration of wind energy into the power grid. Secondly, the factors influencing the reliability of grid-connected wind farm generation are studied, and the reliability analysis model of grid-connected power generation is constructed from the two perspectives of technology and economy, and the reliability evaluation model is designed to measure the grid-connected power generation of wind farm. The continuity, safety and adequacy of wind power grid are discussed. The model and index are proved to be scientific and effective by an example. Thirdly, on the one hand, from the point of view of environmental protection of wind power generation, the paper puts forward the index to evaluate the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction of wind power, and establishes an analysis model of energy saving and emission reduction benefits of wind power grid power generation; on the other hand, from a long-term perspective, The environmental problems of wind energy exploitation and utilization are analyzed, and the environmental impact model of wind energy utilization is constructed, and the correctness and validity of the model are verified by an example. Finally, the factors that affect the economic performance of wind power are determined from the market perspective, and the economic and social indexes of wind power generation are proposed to evaluate the economic and social benefits of wind power generation, and the economic evaluation system of wind energy grid power generation is established from the profit and social aspects. The rationality of the simple BP neural network algorithm and the improved PSO-BP neural network algorithm is selected respectively, which proves that the latter has better network learning ability and reasoning ability than the former. The aim is to lay a more solid foundation for the rapid development of wind power industry.
