【摘要】：正当牛奶让人闻之色变的时候,作为牛奶危机的最大受益者,豆浆产业已经快速崛起。包括豆浆在内的豆制品,在5年左右的时间里,销售额翻倍,越过150亿元关口;豆制品销售额上亿元的企业从17家猛增到约40家。在豆浆行业发展的黄金时间里,我国的豆浆行业及日美的现状与市场标准是怎样的呢?
[Abstract]:At a time when milk is smelling, the soybean milk industry, the biggest beneficiary of the milk crisis, has risen fast. Soyabean products, including soy milk, doubled in sales in about five years, surpassing the 15 billion yuan mark; hundreds of millions of yuan in soybean products jumped from 17 to about 40. In the prime time of the development of soybean milk industry, what are the current situation and market standards of our country's soybean milk industry and Japan and the United States?
