【摘要】:正文化人类学对物的研究由来已久,但检阅文献很容易得出物性的叙述(土壤、气候、物产、质地、性能、工艺等)较多,人性的探讨(制作者的社会关系)较少的结论,至于有深度之作,一直付诸阙如则尤感遗憾。从这个意义上来说,美国人类学家罗伯特·C.尤林的《陈年老窖:法国西南葡萄酒业合作社的民族志》(下文简称《陈年老窖》)的出版使读者眼前一亮。2012年12月该书的中文版已由云南大学出版社付梓。是书共9章,前2章(第一章:人类学与历史;第二章:作为文化资本的发明)梳理学术史,为整个研究铺设平台;后7章(第三章:法国西南部葡萄酒业资本的积聚和社会变革;第四章:法国西南部葡萄酒业合
[Abstract]:Positive cultural anthropology has been studying things for a long time, but it is easy to draw the conclusion that there are more descriptions of physical properties (soil, climate, product, texture, performance, craft, etc.) and less discussion of human nature (the social relations of producers). As for the depth of the work, it is especially regrettable to have been left behind. In this sense, American anthropologist Robert C. The publication of Youlin's the aged Cellar: ethnography of the Wine Cooperatives in Southwest France (hereinafter referred to as the aged Cellar) has brought the readers to the fore. In December 2012, the Chinese version of the book was published by Yunnan University Press.
