基于物联网的甲油田50万吨产能建设项目成本管理研究

【摘要】:油田产能建设项目是油田提高产量的重要生产活动,每年产能建设项目投资约占油田总成本的30%,,在油田以单井为下拨投资的依据下,降低产能建设项目成本管理对保障油田上产具有至关重要的作用。油田产能建设项目具有投资大,地域分散,管控难度大等特点。在油田产能建设项目成本管理中引入基于物联网的油田产能建设项目成本管理体系,可以为油田产能建设项目成本管理人员提供一个包括项目成本预测、计划、控制、核算、分析和考核等管理全过程的综合管理平台,实现对油田产能建设项目成本管理的实时掌握、动态分析和科学决策。 本文以陕西北部环江甲油田产能建设项目成本管理实践为依托,充分分析了物联网管理思路在油田产能建设项目成本管理中的应用,设计并创建了项目成本预测子系统、项目成本计划子系统、项目成本控制子系统等六个项目成本管理子系统,井根据甲油田项目成本管理的需求进行了具体实现,本文的具体研究内容包括: 1.综述了基于物联网的项目成本管理概念、框架和主要技术及其在油田产能建设项目成本管理中的应用,并结合甲油田l产能建设项目成本管理现状,概括了系统设计的基础思路;项目成本预测法、项目成本计划法、项目成本控制法、项目成本核算法、项目成本分析法及项目成本考核法。 2.采用SCADA设计模型,对油田产能建设项目施工机具、材料及人员环节信息进行采集,结合关系数据存储技术、键值存数技术、列式存储技术等技术对数据进行存储,并通过数据描述性分析、线性回归分析、主成分分析及典型相关分析等数据分析法对采集数据进行数学分析软件设计,实现采集数据多元化处理分析结果的呈现。 3.研究了基于物联网的甲油田产能建设项目成本管理程序。通过内外网VPN技术,实时掌握生产要素的市场价格和变动状态,通过模糊逻辑及近似推理原则,确定合理的加权系数,对项目实施过程数据进行修正,确定合理的项目成本管理的计划、核算和考核等策略,实现了基于物联网的油田产能建设项目成本管理。 基于物联网研发油田产能建设项目成本管理系统,支持了数据实时采集、科学处理分析及智能感知工作,实现了客观、有效的项目成本管理,系统的应用达到了提高油田产能建设项目成本科学管理的目的。
[Abstract]:Oil field productivity construction project is an important production activity for oil field to increase production. Annual production capacity construction project investment accounts for about 30 percent of the total oil field cost. Under the basis of oil field single well investment, Reducing the cost management of production capacity construction project plays an important role in protecting oil field production. Oilfield production capacity construction project has the characteristics of large investment, geographical dispersion, management and control difficulties and so on. The introduction of cost management system based on the Internet of things in the cost management of oilfield productivity construction project can provide a project cost management personnel including project cost prediction, planning, control and accounting for oilfield productivity construction project. The integrated management platform for the whole process of management, such as analysis and examination, can realize the real-time grasp, dynamic analysis and scientific decision of the cost management of the production capacity construction project in oil field. Based on the cost management practice of production capacity construction project in Huanjiangjia Oilfield in northern Shaanxi Province, this paper fully analyzes the application of Internet of things management in the cost management of oilfield productivity construction project, and designs and establishes the project cost forecasting subsystem. Six project cost management subsystems, such as project cost planning subsystem and project cost control subsystem, are implemented according to the requirements of project cost management in Jia Oilfield. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper summarizes the concept, framework and main technology of project cost management based on the Internet of things and its application in the cost management of oilfield productivity construction project, and combines with the current situation of cost management of production capacity construction project in Jia Oilfield. This paper summarizes the basic ideas of system design, project cost forecasting method, project cost planning method, project cost control method, project cost accounting method, project cost analysis method and project cost assessment method. The SCADA design model is used to collect the information of construction tools, materials and personnel in the oilfield productivity construction project, and the data are stored in combination with relational data storage technology, key value storage technology, column storage technology and so on. Through the data descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis, principal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis, the mathematical analysis software is designed to realize the presentation of the multi-processing analysis results of the collected data. The cost management program of production capacity construction project in A oilfield based on Internet of things is studied. Through VPN technology, the market price and changing state of production factors are grasped in real time. Through fuzzy logic and approximate reasoning principle, the reasonable weighting coefficient is determined, and the data of project implementation process is corrected. The project cost management of oilfield productivity construction based on the Internet of things is realized by determining the reasonable project cost management plan, accounting and checking strategy. Based on the Internet of things, a project cost management system for oilfield productivity construction is developed, which supports real-time data collection, scientific processing and analysis and intelligent perception, and realizes objective and effective project cost management. The application of the system has achieved the purpose of improving the scientific management of oil field productivity construction project cost.
