汽车配件供应链环境下的库存优化策略

【摘要】:随着我国加入WTO以及全球经济不断一体化,我国的汽车保有量逐年增长,随之而来的是对汽车配件需求的不断扩大,汽车配件市场因此具有巨大发展空间。有数据显示随着整车销售利润的不断缩水,汽车配件销售已经成为汽车行业中最大的利润源。作为其技术支持的汽车配件供应链管理也越来越被重视。汽车配件的库存管理既决定了企业整个供应链的成本,也影响着对客户要求的响应速度与服务质量,是汽车企业经营管理中十分重要的内容。 二十一世纪,汽车配件企业之间的竞争已经演变为企业供应链之间的竞争,而库存管理在整个供应链管理中占据重要地位,因此对汽车配件企业供应链中的库存管理控制方法进行研究,对降低配件库存成本乃至对汽车配件企业的发展都具有至关重要的意义。 本文是在整个供应链环境下,系统分析目前汽车配件库存的特点与存在问题,,并提出优化方案,在满足市场需求前提下确定出最优库存量以降低库存费用。首先从供应链和供应链管理理论出发,系统论述了供应链库存管理研究意义以及国内外理论研究现状,并将已有的研究成果进行整理和归纳,作为本文研究的理论基础。以H汽车配件公司为案例,首先分析了H公司配件库存管理模式存在的不足,并利用ABC分类法与CVA分类法相结合对配件进行了合理的分类。然后针对配件库存费用,建立多级库存下的多目标运算模型,并利用遗传算法进行求解,确定安全库存、最佳订货点和订货量。最后通过实例对此模型进行了验证。本文在建立模型时不仅考虑了订货费与存储费还考虑到缺货损失和配件损坏费用,这样不仅能有效降低库存资金还有助于企业提高服务质量,提升品牌形象。 汽车配件行业供应链管理是一个蓬勃发展的行业,充满着机遇与挑战,对于配件供应链管理中的库存管理进行研究可以有效指导汽车配件制造商对经营环境、市场发展方向、生产能力有一个正确的认识,扬长避短,审时度势,把握时机,在未来更加激烈的市场竞争中始终保持自己的优势。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the continuous integration of the global economy, the number of cars in our country has increased year by year, followed by the continuous expansion of the demand for auto parts, so the auto parts market has a huge space for development. Figures show that auto parts sales have become the largest source of profit in the auto industry as the overall vehicle sales profit shrinks. As its technical support, automotive parts supply chain management has been paid more and more attention. The inventory management of auto parts not only determines the cost of the whole supply chain, but also affects the response speed and service quality to the customer requirements. It is a very important content in the management of automobile enterprises. In the 21 century, the competition among auto parts enterprises has evolved into the competition among enterprises' supply chain, and inventory management plays an important role in the whole supply chain management. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the inventory management and control methods in the supply chain of auto parts enterprises to reduce the cost of spare parts inventory and even to the development of auto parts enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics and problems of automobile spare parts inventory are analyzed systematically in the whole supply chain environment, and the optimization scheme is put forward to determine the optimal inventory to reduce the inventory cost under the premise of satisfying the market demand. Based on the theory of supply chain and supply chain management, this paper systematically discusses the significance of research on inventory management of supply chain and the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad, and summarizes the existing research results as the theoretical basis of this paper. Taking H auto parts company as an example, this paper first analyzes the deficiency of H company's spare parts inventory management mode, and makes use of ABC classification and CVA classification to classify accessories reasonably. Then the multi-objective operation model of multi-level inventory is established for the cost of spare parts inventory, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem to determine the safety inventory, the best ordering point and the order quantity. Finally, the model is verified by an example. This paper considers not only the cost of ordering and storage, but also the cost of loss of stock and damage of spare parts, which can not only reduce the stock capital, but also improve the service quality and brand image of the enterprise. Supply chain management in auto parts industry is a booming industry, full of opportunities and challenges. The research on inventory management in supply chain management of spare parts can effectively guide auto parts manufacturers to develop their business environment and market. Production capacity has a correct understanding, strengthen strengths and circumvent weaknesses, judge the situation, seize the opportunity, and always maintain its own advantages in the more intense market competition in the future.
