动态评价法在冷热电三联供系统经济分析中的应用

【摘要】：根据某一综合商业建筑冷热电的设计负荷和使用情况,确定系统设备的配置和运行方案、总投资、年运行收支费;采用动态评价方法,从投资回收期与内部收益率两方面对系统进行经济性分析,得出单位投资和燃料价格与回收期和内部收益率的变化关系。
[Abstract]:According to the design load and usage of the cooling and heating power in a commercial building, the configuration and operation plan of the system equipment, the total investment, the annual operating income and expenditure, and the dynamic evaluation method are determined. Based on the economic analysis of the system from the two aspects of the investment payback period and the internal rate of return, the relationship between the unit investment and the fuel price, the payback period and the internal rate of return is obtained.
