中铁四局集团第一工程有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化的浪潮下,我国建筑企业的外部环境发生了根本的变化,随着建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,诸多问题在运营过程中逐渐暴露出来,其中建筑企业缺乏企业发展战略管理问题最为突出。本文在对相关战略管理理论进行梳理的基础上,构建了企业的“竞争五力”模型、采用SWOT综合评价法等对公司进行了系统的研究,力求为中铁四局第一工程有限公司寻求最佳的发展战略。论文的主要研究内容及工作如下: (1)在对企业的一般环境分析中,分别对企业所处的政治、经济、社会及科技环境进行分析和评价,对企业所处的行业竞争环境进行了评价和分析,构建了“竞争五力”模型,认为中铁四局第一工程有限公司具备中国经济快速发展、国家对铁路等行业高度重视、技术快速提升等发展机会,但同时也面临着竞争加剧和供应商讨价还价能力强等威胁。 (2)在对企业内部条件分析中,首先分别从人力、财务、组织和物质方面对企业的资源进行分析和评价,其次从企业的营销能力、生产能力、财务能力、技术研发能力以及人才培育能力对企业的核心能力进行分析和评价。 (3)在上述分析的基础上,构建SWOT模型,确定公司未来发展的目标,提出公司的总体发展战略是:实施建筑业产品多元化成长性战略和品牌差异化战略及高品质、低成本的竞争性战略。 (4)在企业制定的战略方案及战略实施的基础上,提出了宣贯企业理念、创新制度文化、打造项目文化、创建学习型企业、抓好塑形工程、培育“四有’新人以及加强思政工作和精神文明建设等战略实施保障,为企业战略得以实施提供了保障。
[Abstract]:In the tide of economic globalization, the external environment of Chinese construction enterprises has undergone fundamental changes. With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, many problems are gradually exposed in the course of operation. Construction enterprises lack of strategic management of enterprise development is the most prominent. On the basis of combing the relevant strategic management theory, this paper constructs the "five competitive forces" model of the enterprise, and makes a systematic study on the company by using the SWOT comprehensive evaluation method. Strive to seek the best development strategy for the first Engineering Co., Ltd. The main contents and work of the thesis are as follows: (1) in the analysis of the general environment of the enterprise, the political, economic, social and technological environment of the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated respectively. This paper evaluates and analyzes the competition environment of the industries in which the enterprises are located, and constructs the "five competitive forces" model. It is considered that the first Engineering Company of the China Railway fourth Bureau has the rapid economic development of China, and the state attaches great importance to the railway and other industries. Rapid technological upgrading and other development opportunities, but also facing increased competition and strong bargaining power of suppliers and other threats. (2) in the analysis of the internal conditions of enterprises, first of all, from the human, financial, Organizational and material aspects of the analysis and evaluation of the enterprise's resources, followed by the enterprise's marketing ability, production capacity, financial capacity, The technical research and development ability and the talent cultivation ability carry on the analysis and the appraisal to the enterprise's core competence. (3) on the basis of the above analysis, constructs the SWOT model, determines the company's future development goal, The overall development strategy of the company is to implement the diversified growth strategy of construction products, brand differentiation strategy and competitive strategy of high quality and low cost. (4) on the basis of the strategic plan and the implementation of the strategy made by the enterprise, The paper puts forward the following strategic guarantee: promoting enterprise idea, innovating system culture, creating project culture, establishing learning type enterprise, doing a good job of shaping project, cultivating "four talents" new people, strengthening ideological and political work and spiritual civilization construction, etc. It provides guarantee for the implementation of enterprise strategy.
