国际电站EPC项目设备管理的研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪,电力建设企业为谋求发展而实施走出去战略,从国际上承包EPC项目。在EPC项目建设过程中,电站所需的设备主要是从项目所在国以外的国家采购,然后发运到项目现场。做好设备的采购、发运、保管和索赔工作,是实现利润最大化必不可少的工作。本文从总承包商的角度,对国际电站EPC项目设备的全过程管理进行研究。论文以印度JHARSUGUDA4*600MW项目为实例,讲述了EPC项目设备管理控制系统的影响因素,以及EPC项目设备管理控制系统的组织体系、设备管理流程和目标管理、范围管理、人力资源管理、招标管理、合同管理、供应商管理、监造催交管理、储运管理、现场管理、索赔管理等EPC设备管理的主要内容。论文介绍了EPC设备管理信息系统的应用,成功的将信息网络化技术应用于EPC项目的设备管理,将复杂的EPC项目设备管理简单化,实现了信息的快速共享,便于积累和管理,避免了人工统计工作量大、容易出现差错,提高了工作效率。本论文从本人的工作经历中积累了大量的资料、力求科学,为同行业提供一些借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, electric power construction enterprises implement the strategy of going out for development and contract EPC projects from the international level. In the construction of EPC project, the equipment needed for the power station is mainly purchased from the country outside the country of the project and then shipped to the project site. Good equipment procurement, shipping, custody and claims is essential to maximize profits. In this paper, the whole process management of EPC equipment in international power station is studied from the point of view of general contractor. Taking JHARSUGUDA460MW project of India as an example, the paper describes the influencing factors of EPC project equipment management and control system, as well as the organization system, equipment management process and objective management, scope management, human resource management of EPC project equipment management control system. Main contents of EPC equipment management, such as bidding management, contract management, supplier management, supervision and delivery management, storage and transportation management, site management, claim management, etc. This paper introduces the application of EPC equipment management information system, successfully applies the information network technology to the equipment management of EPC project, simplifies the complex EPC project equipment management, realizes the information sharing quickly, and facilitates the accumulation and management. It avoids the heavy workload of manual statistics, easy to make mistakes, and improves the working efficiency. This paper accumulates a great deal of data from my work experience and tries hard to provide some reference and inspiration for the same industry.
