【摘要】:自从八十年代初,企业文化从美国开始进入学者的研究视野,近年来,逐渐为中国企业所熟悉和重视。虽然中国的企业在文化建设上也下了不少功夫,但是关于企业文化的理论和建设途径还是比较欠缺的,尤其是照搬国外的建设模式,很容易就被具有中国特色的社会主义市场所淘汰。 从“三个代表”中“我们党要始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向”文化概念的提出,到十七大报告里“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣”的要求,再到十八大报告里“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的决心,“文化”的概念越来越深的植根在中国民众的心里。时代已经开始要求中国企业必须要有自己的企业文化,才能走下去,才能走得远。 相对于国企而言,具有更大灵活性的私企在企业文化建设方面呈现出了多元化的格局。而作为国企,其企业文化不仅是代表企业本身的思想,也反映着国家的态度。所以它不仅要具有先进性,还要具有一定的中国特色。 本文从国企的角度出发,运用国有企业企业文化维度模型和丹尼森组织文化模型,以调查问卷方法为主,深刻剖析了神华准能公司第三次创业开年之时,企业文化的建设过程,从中寻找改进的方向以及供其他国企企业文化建设借鉴的做法。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 1980's, corporate culture has come into the research field of scholars from the United States. In recent years, Chinese enterprises have become familiar with and attached importance to corporate culture. Although Chinese enterprises have also made a lot of efforts in cultural construction, the theories and ways of building corporate culture are still relatively lacking, especially in copying the construction model of foreign countries. It is easy to be eliminated by the socialist market with Chinese characteristics. From the presentation of the cultural concept in the "three represents", "our party must always represent the direction of the advance of China's advanced culture," to the requirement of "promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture" in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, In the report of the 18th National Congress of China, the concept of "culture" is more and more deeply rooted in the hearts of the Chinese people. The times have begun to demand that Chinese enterprises must have their own corporate culture in order to go on and go far. Compared with the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises with greater flexibility in the construction of corporate culture presents a diversified pattern. As a state-owned enterprise, its corporate culture not only represents the thinking of the enterprise itself, but also reflects the attitude of the state. Therefore, it should not only have advanced nature, but also have certain Chinese characteristics. From the point of view of state-owned enterprises, using the dimension model of state-owned enterprise culture and Denison organizational culture model, this paper deeply analyzes the construction process of corporate culture when Shenhua Zhongneng Company started its third venture. To find out the direction of improvement and for other state-owned enterprises to learn from the construction of corporate culture.
