华为技术有限公司国际化发展策略分析

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的日益深入、我国参与国际化分工的程度不断提升及国内中小企业的迅速成长,我国市场已经不能够满足国内大量中小企业的进一步拓展和前进,企业要生存和发展就不能局限在国内市场,走出国门进行全球化发展、开拓海外市场已成为我国中小企业进一步发展所无法回避的现实问题。所以企业的国际化发展策略成为了近几年国内的研究焦点,发展策略的选择也是现今国内企业所面临的重大难题,它直接影响到企业优势的发挥,和整个国际生产布局和发展。本文正是透过华为技术有限公司17年的国际化发展程案例揭示中国企业国际化发展道路。 本文把影响企业国际化发展策略的因素作为切入点,以对华在为国际化进程作出巨大贡献的目标市场选择策略和国际市场进入模式选择策略的研究分析为重点。文章采用理论与实际相结合的方法,将华为技术有限公司列为典型,通过研究其自1996年开始国际化发展至今17年的发展策略,分析其国际化策略中的亮点和不足,以及每个策略所带来的影响。华为典型的路径为我国中小企业的国际化发展开辟了一条崭新的发展道路,充分利用分销协议及战略联盟等形式,以技术为导向,从模仿起家到国际三大电信系统供应商,利用类似农村包围城市的模式,,最后夺取国际市场的策略逐步推进的。 华为的国际化过程是从易到难的,在目标市场的选择上是由近到远,从香港开始到第三世界国家再到发展中国家最后进入发达国家的主流市场;在市场进入模式上也是由浅入深,走了一条从出口模式到契约模式最后进行对外直接投资的渐进式发展之路。本文旨在系统分析华为技术有限公司国际化发展的策略及其绩效结果。目的在于揭示其核心竞争力和国际化策略的实质,总结其对于我国民营企业深远的借鉴意义,并以此对我国企业国际化发展提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the degree of China's participation in the international division of labor and the rapid growth of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, the market of our country can no longer meet the further expansion and progress of a large number of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises. If enterprises want to survive and develop, they can not be confined to the domestic market. It has become a realistic problem for the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country to go out of the country for the development of globalization and to open up overseas markets. Therefore, the internationalization development strategy of enterprises has become the focus of domestic research in recent years, and the choice of development strategy is also a major problem faced by domestic enterprises today. It directly affects the development of the advantages of enterprises and the layout and development of the whole international production. This paper reveals the way of Chinese enterprises' internationalization development through 17 years' international development of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. This paper takes the factors that influence the development strategy of enterprise internationalization as the starting point, focusing on the research and analysis of the target market selection strategy and the international market entry mode selection strategy that China has made great contribution to the internationalization process. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, regards Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. as a typical example. By studying its development strategy from 1996 to 17 years, the paper analyzes the bright spots and shortcomings of its internationalization strategy. And the impact of each strategy. Huawei's typical path has opened up a new development path for the internationalization development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. It makes full use of distribution agreements and strategic alliances, and is technology-oriented, from imitating startups to three major international telecom system suppliers. The strategy of seizing the international market by using a pattern similar to the rural encirclement of the city has been gradually advanced. The internationalization process of Huawei is from easy to difficult, the choice of target market is from near to far, from Hong Kong to the third world country to developing country finally enter the mainstream market of developed country; In the market entry mode is also from the shallow to the depth, has taken a path from the export mode to the contract mode finally carries on the outward direct investment to carry on the gradual development road. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategy and performance of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the essence of its core competence and internationalization strategy, to sum up its profound significance for the private enterprises in our country, and to put forward some suggestions for the internationalization development of Chinese enterprises.
