针对某企业基于价值链的业务流程再造与仿真实现

【摘要】:本文的研究旨在针对性的提出一种对具体企业来讲具有可操作性,可系统性的流程再造的技术。目前很多学者对业务流程再造非常热衷,并对其进行了大量研究。但是大量的研究都是从理论层次出发,从管理的角度入手,从基本原则入手,对具体改造及实施过程没有详细具体步骤的介绍。或者直接以具体流程为核心进行研究,对选择待改进流程的过程缺乏系统描述。因而,笔者在本论文中研讨一种可以系统性地进行流程再造的方法,并且实现业务的调研、流程的描述、选择至再设计最后进行仿真模拟的全过程。本文将实习经验与管理理论结合起来,并读阅大量文献资料,在理解企业价值链理念与流程的再造基础之上,建立从价值链分析的角度进行业务流程再造的分析步骤,并且实际结合企业现行生产管理的活动进行应用分析,本文研究内容主要包含以下几方面:(1)业务流程描述,详细阐述业务活动的整个调查研究和流程图绘制的全部过程,提出关于内部价值进行转移的价值链识别方法。(2)业务流程分析和识别,通过对业务流程的目标价值进行分解,了解各作业的目标贡献度的基础上,提出把业务流程的潜在未得到发挥的增值能力,与再造难度的评价形成二维坐标,并据此二维图中散点的象限分布来选择进行再造的重点业务流程。(3)业务流程设计,介绍业务流程设计的过程,并且审度是否可以通过价值链结构的调整使得流程改进得到可能,最终根据企业现状的价值链判别业务流程再造的应用方式是彻底性再造或是对流程进行重构设计。(4)再造后的流程仿真,本文利用提出的方法对海湾电子公司生产流程进行了应用研究,并应用witness仿真对再造后的流程进行模拟,进行业务流程最后的检验。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to put forward a feasible and systematic process reengineering technology for specific enterprises. At present, many scholars are very keen on business process reengineering (BPR), and have done a lot of research on BPR. However, a large number of studies are from the theoretical level, from the perspective of management, from the basic principles, the specific transformation and implementation process has not been introduced in detail. Or the specific process as the core of the study, the selection of the process to be improved lack of systematic description. Therefore, in this paper, the author discusses a method that can systematically carry out process reengineering, and realizes the whole process of business investigation, process description, and simulation until the end of redesign. This paper combines the practice experience with the management theory, and reads a lot of literature and materials. On the basis of understanding the enterprise value chain concept and process reengineering, the paper establishes the analytical steps of business process reengineering from the perspective of value chain analysis. And the actual application analysis combined with the current production management activities, this paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) business process description, detailed description of the entire business activities investigation and flow chart drawing all the process, A value chain identification method for internal value transfer is proposed. (2) Business process analysis and identification, through the decomposition of the target value of the business process, understand the target contribution of each operation. It is proposed that the potential undeveloped value-added capability of business processes be formed into two-dimensional coordinates with the evaluation of the difficulty of reengineering, and according to the quadrant distribution of scattered points in the two-dimensional diagrams, the key business processes for reengineering are selected. (3) Business process design. Introduces the process of business process design and examines whether process improvement can be made possible through the adjustment of the value chain structure, Finally, according to the current value chain of the enterprise, the application of business process reengineering is thorough reengineering or process reengineering design. (4) process simulation after reengineering. In this paper, the application of the proposed method to the production process of Gulf Electronics Company is studied, and the witness simulation is used to simulate the reconstructed process, and the final test of the business process is carried out.
