【摘要】：矿产行业作为整个国民经济的基础产业,对整个经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。自改革开放以来,我国采矿行业的发展取得了重大的进步,已经跻身矿业大国之列。但是在其不断发展的过程中,也出现了许多问题,像采矿行业投资审批程序复杂,法律权属不清,矿业资本市场发展缓慢等等,这些问题使得采矿行业的投资者难以做出投资决定,进而阻碍了采矿行业的健康、快速的发展。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,幅员辽阔,矿产资源丰富,种类齐全,居世界领先地位。但是,我国的矿产呈现出富矿少,贫矿多,大型矿床少,中小型矿床多的特征。而且,由于我国人口数量较高,人均矿产较少。目前我国处于经济高速发展时期,对矿产资源的需求量越来越大。随着经济的不断发展,我国采矿行业的投资环境也得到了很大的改善,但由于采矿行业本身的高风险性,投资回收期长,回报率不确定性较大等特点,使得潜在投资者对该行业的投资积极性较差。但作为国家经济的支柱产业,又必须大力发展。我们全面系统地对中国采矿行业的产品特征、宏观环境、产业特征等内容展开分析,并在此基础上深入地研究了国内采矿行业总体发展现状,以及其标杆企业的经营状况及财务状况等；通过深入研究采矿行业的历史数据,把握行业发展的基本规律,全面考虑目前采矿行业所处国内外复杂的经济环境的前提下,对采矿行业的发展前景及潜在投资机会做出了预测。通过运用国家统计局、银联信、行业协会、重点企业等多方资料的基础上,密切联系国内外市场运行状况和技术发展动态,以及利用定性与定量相结合的方式,对采矿行业进行系统地分析和预测。因此,最终的目的是为各投资机构、产业链相关企业、行业协会、第三方研究机构及政府部门准确把握行业发展趋势、洞悉行业竞争格局、规避经营和投资风险、制定正确投资和竞争战略决策提供重要的参考依据。
[Abstract]:As the basic industry of the whole national economy, the mineral industry plays a vital role in the development of the whole economy. Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's mining industry has made great progress and has become one of the major mining countries. But in the process of its continuous development, there have also been many problems, such as the approval of the mining industry. The complexity of the procedures, the unclear legal authority, the slow development of the mining capital market and so on, these problems make it difficult for the investors of the mining industry to make a decision on investment, and thus impede the health and rapid development of the mining industry. China, as the largest developing country in the world, has a vast territory, rich mineral resources, a complete variety and leading the world. However, the mineral resources in our country are characterized by less rich ore, many poor mines, less large deposits and small and medium sized deposits. Moreover, due to the higher population and less per capita mineral resources in our country, the demand for mineral resources is increasing in the period of rapid economic development in our country. With the continuous development of the economy, the investment ring of the mining industry in China The situation has also been greatly improved, but due to the high risk of the mining industry itself, the long investment recovery period and the large uncertainty of the return rate, the potential investors have poor investment enthusiasm for the industry. But as the pillar industry of the national economy, it must be vigorously developed.
We comprehensively and systematically analyze the product features, macro environment and industrial characteristics of the mining industry in China. On this basis, we deeply study the overall development status of the domestic mining industry, as well as the management and financial situation of its benchmarking enterprises, and grasp the development of the mining industry through in-depth study of the historical data of the mining industry to grasp the development of the industry. On the basis of the basic law and the comprehensive consideration of the complex economic environment at home and abroad in the mining industry, the prospects for the development of the mining industry and the potential investment opportunities are predicted. On the basis of the application of the National Statistics Bureau, the UnionPay letter, the industry association, the key enterprises and many other materials, the current situation and technology of the domestic and foreign markets are closely linked. The development trend and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods are used to systematically analyze and predict the mining industry. Therefore, the ultimate aim is to accurately grasp the trend of industry development for all investment institutions, industry chain related enterprises, industry associations, third party research institutions and government departments, to understand the competition pattern of the industry, to avoid operation and investment. It provides important reference for making correct investment and competitive strategy decisions.
