工业电视监控技术在BB石化管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的发展,工业电视监控技术被广泛运用到工业生产的各个领域。未来,工业电视监控技术必将向高清化、标准化、智能化、集约化发展,而视频信号压缩技术、模拟信号与数字信号集成平台的建设、视频智能分析功能、云存储等高新技术将被大量的应用到工业电视监控系统中。如何做好工业电视监控技术的推广运用也将成为当前现代企业管理的一项重大战略课题。为此,论文选取BB石化公司作为研究对象,重点研究其工业电视监控系统新技术的应用和管理问题,旨在为我国国有大型企业尤其是石油化工提高企业现代管理水平、节约生产成本投入、强化市场竞争力。论文的总体思路如下:在相关概念与理论的指导下,对BB石化公司工业电视监控系统现状进行阐述,并对其技术引进、技术运用、技术革新和相配套的现代企业管理进行深入剖析,总结分析未来工业电视监控技术在石油化工企业的发展趋势、推广使用的可行性、必要性及现阶段在企业管理过程中取得的成效。同时,提出影响工业电视监控技术运用的关键因素、重要环节,如何全方位做好与之相对应的引进、管理和应用等工作,最大限度的发挥工业电视监控技术在推动现代企业健康、快速发展和管理中的作用,形成具有可行性、可借鉴性的理论成果。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, industrial television monitoring technology is widely used in various fields of industrial production. In the future, industrial TV monitoring technology will develop to high definition, standardization, intelligence and intensification, and video signal compression technology, analog signal and digital signal integration platform construction, video intelligent analysis function, Cloud storage and other high-tech will be used in a large number of industrial television monitoring system. How to do a good job in the promotion and application of industrial television monitoring technology will also become a major strategic subject of modern enterprise management. Therefore, the paper chooses BB Petrochemical Company as the research object, focuses on the application and management of the new technology of the industrial television monitoring system, aiming at improving the modern management level of the large state-owned enterprises, especially the petrochemical enterprises. Save production cost input, strengthen market competitiveness. The general ideas of this paper are as follows: under the guidance of related concepts and theories, the status quo of BB Petrochemical Company's industrial television monitoring system is expounded, and its technology introduction and application are also given. Technological innovation and supporting modern enterprise management are analyzed in depth, and the development trend of industrial television monitoring technology in petrochemical enterprises in the future is summarized and analyzed, and the feasibility of popularizing and using it is also analyzed. Necessity and achievements in the process of enterprise management at the present stage. At the same time, the paper puts forward the key factors and important links that affect the application of industrial TV monitoring technology, and how to do the corresponding work in all aspects, such as the introduction, management and application, etc. Give full play to the role of industrial television monitoring technology in promoting the health, rapid development and management of modern enterprises, and form theoretical results that are feasible and can be used for reference.
