青岛欧亚饰品公司成品配送中心规划研究

【摘要】:青岛欧亚饰品有限公司是从事饰品加工、出口和批发的大型企业,与大多数其他饰品企业一样,欧亚公司经历了从订单出口起家,逐渐向开拓国内市场的转变,目前欧亚公司业务模式中主要有出口和国内批发两种。我国近两年电子商务的快速发展,为欧亚公司进一步开拓国内市场提供了有利条件,所以欧亚公司准备进一步开拓电子商务交易。但是,目前欧亚现有人员和物流设备能力并不充足,物流业务处理能力已经难以满足客户的需求。同时考虑到欧亚经营模式逐步向国内批发市场拓展,客户的需求向少量化、多批次发展,欧亚公司迫切需要对物流设施加以改善。而配送中心是饰品物流系统中最重要的节点,,是饰品物流系统的枢纽,它对于饰品的流通与销售起到关键性的作用。因此,欧亚公司急需通过建立现代、专业、高效的配送中心满足其发展的需要。 本文针对欧亚公司的实际需求,对其配送中心项目进行了系统性规划。对此本文首先从配送中心系统规划与设计相关的理论和方法入手,重点探讨了订单EIQ分析法和系统布置设计(SLP)方法;其次,配送中心的建设是基于对未来业务量进行科学合理预测的基础之上的,本文针对欧亚公司业务数据特点,选择了人工神经网络模型完成了业务量的预测;本文并基于此完成了对欧亚饰品配送中心的系统性规划,主要内容有:作业流程规划、储运单元设计、年运转能力设置、仓储系统规划、配送系统规划、关键设备选型、作业区域空间布局以及配送中心信息系统的架构设计。
[Abstract]:Qingdao Eurasia Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise engaged in the processing, export and wholesale of jewelry. Like most other jewelry enterprises, Eurasian companies have experienced a transformation from order export to developing the domestic market. At present Eurasian company business model mainly has export and domestic wholesale two kinds. The rapid development of E-commerce in China in the past two years has provided favorable conditions for Eurasian companies to further develop the domestic market, so Eurasian companies are prepared to further open up e-commerce transactions. However, the current capacity of personnel and logistics equipment in Europe and Asia is not sufficient, logistics business processing capacity has been difficult to meet the needs of customers. At the same time, the Eurasian business model is gradually expanding to the domestic wholesale market, the customer's demand is becoming small, and many batches are developing, so the Eurasian companies urgently need to improve the logistics facilities. Distribution center is the most important node in jewelry logistics system and the hub of jewelry logistics system. It plays a key role in the circulation and sale of jewelry. Therefore, Eurasian companies urgently need to establish modern, professional and efficient distribution centers to meet their development needs. According to the actual demand of Eurasia Company, this paper makes systematic planning for its distribution center project. This paper begins with the theories and methods related to the planning and design of distribution center system, and discusses the EIQ analysis method and the system layout design (SLP) method. The construction of distribution center is based on the scientific and reasonable forecast of future business volume. According to the characteristics of Eurasian business data, the artificial neural network model is selected to forecast the business volume. Based on this, the systematic planning of Eurasian jewelry distribution center is completed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: job flow planning, storage and transportation unit design, annual operation capacity setting, warehousing system planning, distribution system planning, key equipment selection, etc. The spatial layout of the operation area and the framework design of the distribution center information system.
