RC公司培训体系设计
[Abstract]:As an important part of human resource management, training plays an important role in the training of talents. How to establish an effective training system to ensure the effective implementation of employee training and to make employees' ability grow to meet the needs of the development of the company are the problems many enterprises face. For RC, after the strategic shift, although the company also recognized the importance of training and took some training measures; however, because the company does not have a systematic training system, the training measures taken are very arbitrary. Only did some simple training work, therefore, the company's training can not be comprehensive, system to implement, leading to the company's initial measures are mere form, training has no practical effect. This paper takes the strategic demand of RC company as the starting point, draws lessons from the relevant training management concepts at home and abroad and the training experience of other enterprises, and designs the training system according to the characteristics and working nature of the staff training demand of RC company. Training system design, the main theoretical basis is based on IS010015 standard training management system, structural training system and other related theories. The overall training system: the analysis of the current situation and problems of the company training, based on the author in the company training experience and summary, in recent years training related materials and training survey analysis as the basis. The training design of the company is divided into three categories: new employee training, general staff training and management training. For each type of training, the training design, training implementation measures and training effect evaluation are systematically discussed. Finally, the training support system of RC company is put forward from the aspects of corporate culture support and corporate related system support, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the training system. The data used in this paper come from the public data of the network and the internal data of the company, among which, some of the data of the company have been properly processed.
