N公司装配生产线布局研究

【摘要】:通讯制造业的设备投资非常高昂,设备折旧在产品的成本结构中一般也是最大的一项。对于手机制造工厂,设备综合效率是衡量生产管理水平和成本竞争力的重要指标。研究设备综合效率和提高产能,是为了提高资本的利用率,并最终体现为产品成本的降低。 本文基于精益生产理论,综合运用精益生产与工业工程的相关理论与方法,通过定量分析与定性分析相结合,系统、全面地分析,对N公司中国分公司工厂布局改善项目进行了旨在提高生产效率、降低成本的改进研究。本文系统地论述了该公司对工厂布局的持续改善活动同时,也对生产线布局、物流、生产流程、生产能力平衡等方面的分析和优化,消除了大量浪费和不创造价值的无效作业,减少在制品、缩短制造周期,基本实现了单件流的生产方式,运用了看板生产方式,,由推动式生产方变为拉动式的生产方式,全面提高生产效率,从而降低成本增强产品市场竞争力。创造性地把精益生产理念与关于世界级别制造工厂的原则结合起来,应用平衡理论、OEE法、价值流等方法,对工厂当前的布局、物流、生产流程进行分析,挖掘影响工厂生产效率的瓶颈,提出相应的生产线布局对策方案。通过相应对策方案的实施,实现效率的提升、成本的降低以及设定的改善目标。
[Abstract]:Equipment investment in the communications industry is very high and depreciation of equipment is generally the largest item in the cost structure of the product. For the mobile phone manufacturing plant, the comprehensive efficiency of equipment is an important index to measure the level of production management and cost competitiveness. The purpose of the research is to improve the utilization rate of capital, and finally to reduce the cost of products. Based on the lean production theory, this paper synthetically applies the relevant theories and methods of lean production and industrial engineering, through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematic and comprehensive analysis, The purpose of this paper is to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of the plant layout improvement project of N Company China. This paper systematically discusses the continuous improvement of the factory layout and the analysis and optimization of the production line layout, logistics, production process, production capacity balance, etc., which eliminates a large amount of wasteful and ineffective operations without creating value. Reducing WIP, shortening manufacturing cycle, basically realizing the production mode of single piece flow, using Kanban mode of production, changing from propulsive production side to pull-type production mode, so as to improve production efficiency in an all-round way. Thus reducing the cost to enhance the competitiveness of the product market. Combining the concept of lean production with the principle of world grade manufacturing factory creatively, applying the balance theory and value flow method to analyze the current layout, logistics and production process of the factory. The bottleneck affecting the production efficiency of the factory is excavated, and the corresponding production line layout countermeasures are put forward. Through the implementation of the corresponding countermeasures, to achieve efficiency, cost reduction and set improvement goals.
