BH石油化工设备公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:BH公司是一家民营中小企业,是国家级高新技术企业。公司主营业务系为石油、石化行业提供腐蚀防护材料、专用设备及相关服务,属于石油化工设备制造业行业。论文以BH公司为案例,通过对其内外部环境进行梳理和分析,制定出适合公司发展的战略规划。 论文以石油化工设备制造业为背景,运用PEST分析工具,对该行业所处的政治、经济、技术、社会四个方面的宏观环境进行了系统分析。在此基础之上,运用SWOT分析工具,根据对BH公司的调研,分析了该公司的内部优势和劣势,以及外部面临的机遇和威胁,提出了BH公司的目标定位和战略选择,明确了公司资源和行动的聚集方向。 论文对BH公司发展战略的研究,首先完成了公司的愿景定位、使命定位、价值定位、业务定位、STP定位和盈利模式定位,制定了公司市场、创新、盈利和社会四个方面的总体目标,以及目标分解的具体内容,并确定了公司的战略实施路径;然后选择归核化战略、纵向一体化战略和资本运营战略作为公司战略,选择差异化战略、品牌战略和国际化战略作为竞争战略,分别进行了详细阐述;最后通过股份公司改制、资源配置优化、复合人才储备和企业文化建设四个方面的具体策略措施,构建出了公司战略的实施保障。
[Abstract]:BH company is a private-owned medium-sized enterprises, is a state-level high-tech enterprises. The company's main business for petroleum, petrochemical industry to provide corrosion protection materials, special equipment and related services, belongs to the petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry. This paper takes BH Company as a case, through combing and analyzing its internal and external environment, and working out a strategic plan suitable for the development of the company. Based on the background of petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the macro environment of this industry in four aspects: politics, economy, technology and society by using pest analysis tool. On this basis, using SWOT analysis tools, according to the investigation of BH company, the paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of BH company, as well as the external opportunities and threats, and puts forward the target orientation and strategic choice of BH company. Defined the company's resources and activities of the aggregation direction. In this paper, the development strategy of BH Company is studied. Firstly, the vision positioning, mission positioning, value positioning, business positioning STP positioning and profit mode positioning are completed, and the company market and innovation are established. The overall goal of the four aspects of profit and society, as well as the specific content of the decomposition of the goal, and determine the implementation path of the company's strategy, and then choose the strategy of refocusing, vertical integration strategy and capital operation strategy as the company strategy. Select differentiation strategy, brand strategy and international strategy as competition strategy, respectively, elaborate in detail. Finally, through joint-stock company restructuring, resource allocation optimization, The concrete tactics and measures in four aspects of the compound talent reserve and the enterprise culture construction have constructed the company strategy implementation safeguard.
