FX民营建筑企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我围民营建筑企业如雨后春笋般萌发众多,但很多民营建筑企业仅生存3-5年即由于各种原因退出了市场,企业的非正常关闭会为社会带来很多后遗症,针对民营建筑企业的健康发展,目前建筑行业尚无有效的方式方法或示范性指导。当前围际经济逐渐从次贷危机中走出困境,开始慢慢复苏,我国在新一届的政府领导下继续持续推进改革,围内经济也将持续快速的发展。根据围家规划,我围未来的城市化、城镇化发展无疑为建筑业提供巨大的市场前景,民营建筑企业的发展将又面临一个新的高峰期,如何促进民营建筑企业健康的成长和发展是一个值得关注的话题。基于此,本文将以FX民营建筑企业为研究对象,对其未来的发展战略进行详细探讨。 笔者对FX民营建筑企业的现状和内外部环境详细介绍,然后利用战略管理相关理论对其进行战略分析。首先,运用PEST模型对FX民营建筑工程公司所处的宏观环境,即政治、经济、社会文化和技术四个方面的宏观环境逐一进行了分析,同时也进行了竞争环境分析。其次,运用VRIO模型对公司的现有资源和相关能力进行分析,发掘出了FX民营企业的核心竞争力。基于以上分析结果,最后运用SWOT战略分析模型对FX民营建筑企业内外部环境的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了综合分析,并运用定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM)对四种备择战略进行定量评价,得出SO战略是FX民营建筑企业发展最佳的战略。在此基础上,分别从公司层、竞争层和职能层提出了FX民营建筑企业发展的具体战略实施措施——产品多元化、区域专注、核心文化建设、人才储备和品牌发展五个方面的具体战略。最后,本文对战略实施的风险进行分析,并制定了相应的风险控制措施。 FX民营建筑工程公司是典型的民营建筑企业.正处于快速发展的重要时期。通过本文的研究,为公司未来发展确定了重要的战略措施,使公司在未来的经营管理过程中有了科学的战略方向、明确的战略指导、前瞻性的战略实施风险控制,而且可以层层落实,本文的分析对我国民营建筑企业具有一定的推广性。同时,本文的研究对民营建筑企业公司发展战略的制定具有一定的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, I have been springing up a lot of private construction enterprises, but many private construction enterprises have left the market for only 3-5 years because of various reasons. The abnormal closure of enterprises will bring a lot of social sequelae. In view of the healthy development of private construction enterprises, there are no effective methods or exemplary guidance for the construction industry at present. At present, the surrounding economy is gradually emerging from the plight of the subprime mortgage crisis and gradually recovering. Under the leadership of the new government, our country will continue to push forward the reform, and the inside economy will continue to develop rapidly. According to the family plan, the urbanization and urbanization in the future will undoubtedly provide a huge market prospect for the construction industry, and the development of private construction enterprises will face a new peak period. How to promote the healthy growth and development of private construction enterprises is a topic worthy of attention. Based on this, this article will take FX private construction enterprise as the research object, carries on the detailed discussion to its future development strategy. The author introduces the current situation and internal and external environment of FX private construction enterprises in detail, and then makes a strategic analysis of FX private construction enterprises by using the relevant theory of strategic management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the macro environment of FX private construction engineering company, that is, political, economic, social culture and technology, by using pest model. At the same time, it also analyzes the competitive environment. Secondly, using VRIO model to analyze the existing resources and related capabilities of the company, excavating the core competitiveness of FX private enterprises. Based on the above analysis results, the SWOT strategic analysis model is used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment of FX private construction enterprises. The quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) is used to quantitatively evaluate the four alternative strategies. It is concluded that the so strategy is the best strategy for the development of FX private construction enterprises. On this basis, respectively from the company level, competition layer and function level, put forward the FX private construction enterprise development specific strategy implementation measures-product diversification, regional focus, core culture construction, Talent reserve and brand development in five aspects of the specific strategy. Finally, this paper analyzes the risk of the implementation of the strategy, and formulates the corresponding risk control measures. FX Private Construction Engineering Company is a typical private construction enterprise. Is in an important period of rapid development. Through the research of this paper, the important strategic measures are determined for the future development of the company, so that the company has a scientific strategic direction, clear strategic guidance and forward-looking strategic implementation risk control in the future management process. And can be implemented layer by layer, the analysis of private construction enterprises in China has a certain generalization. At the same time, the research of this paper has certain reference value for the development strategy of private construction enterprises.
