AB液压机公司竞争战略分析与选择

【摘要】:液压机行业是锻压行业的子行业,属于装备制造业,而装备制造业是国民经济各部门发展的基础保障。建立起一个强大的装备制造业是提高我国综合国力和实现我国工业化的根本保证,是实现我国经济持续健康增长的必然要求。由于我国目前正处于经济转型的关键时期,此时又正值世界经济形势复杂多变,所以中国装备制造行业的发展机遇和挑战并存。企业的战略发展方向应当顺应当下形势,才能够抓住机遇,规避风险,使得企业从激烈竞争中脱颖而出,在市场经济的大环境下取得一定的成绩。本文所述的案例来源为液压机行业中较为卓越的企业:AB液压机公司。 AB液压机公司是一家历史悠久的大型国有控股企业,也是我国最大的液压机研发生产基地。企业拥有我国液压机行业首家国家级企业技术中心以及行业唯一的液压机专业研究所,其中囊括一支专业性强的管理研发团队。随着改革开放的不断深入,公司规模不断发展壮大,周围环境不断变化,所面临的竞争环境日趋激烈,对于AB液压机公司而言,它所面临的行业竞争环境是更为激烈和富有挑战性的。如何适应内外部的变化是公司面对的巨大课题,如何实时地调整自己的竞争战略是公司要赢得市场份额的必要保障。 本文以企业战略理论为出发点,着眼于企业竞争市场分析,运用了多种战略分析工具将企业内部环境与外部环境进行分析,并与竞争对手进行对比,得到公司竞争战略的选择依据。首先进行了宏观环境的PEST分析,找出了宏观环境中影响液压机行业及AB公司发展主要因素的变化原因。然后对行业环境进行了结构分析和波特五力分析,对AB液压机公司所在的行业特点以及竞争特性进行相应的归纳和总结。此后,对竞争对手进行相应的分析,对其优劣势进行归纳和比较。最后,本文通过对公司内外部环境分析比较,得出AB公司自身的优劣势及其面临的机遇和风险。而由此对公司进行了定位以及竞争战略的选择,并给出了战略实施的保障措施等等。 而通过分析AB液压机公司所处的内外部环境,找出液压机行业当前以及未来可能面临的一些机遇与风险,希望对该行业的从业者能有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic press industry is a sub-industry of forging industry, which belongs to the equipment manufacturing industry, and the equipment manufacturing industry is the basic guarantee for the development of various departments of the national economy. The establishment of a strong equipment manufacturing industry is the fundamental guarantee to improve the overall national strength of our country and realize the industrialization of our country, and is the inevitable requirement to realize the sustained and healthy economic growth of our country. Because our country is in the key period of economic transformation at this time, the world economic situation is complex and changeable, so the development opportunities and challenges of China's equipment manufacturing industry coexist. The strategic development direction of an enterprise should conform to the current situation in order to seize the opportunity, avoid the risk, make the enterprise stand out from the fierce competition, and make certain achievements in the market economy environment. The case mentioned in this paper comes from the more outstanding enterprise in hydraulic press industry: AB hydraulic press company. AB hydraulic press company is a large state-owned holding enterprise with a long history and is also the largest R & D and production base of hydraulic press in China. The company has the first national technical center of hydraulic press industry and the only professional research institute of hydraulic press, which includes a professional management research and development team. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the scale of the company continues to grow, the surrounding environment is constantly changing, the competition environment is becoming increasingly fierce, for AB hydraulic press company, The industry competition it faces is more intense and challenging. How to adapt to the internal and external changes is a huge problem faced by the company, and how to adjust its own competitive strategy in real time is the necessary guarantee for the company to win market share. Based on the theory of enterprise strategy, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using a variety of strategic analysis tools, and compares it with the competitors. Get the company's competitive strategy selection basis. First, the pest analysis of macro environment was carried out, and the main factors affecting the development of hydraulic press industry and AB company were found out. Then the structure of the industry environment and Porter's five forces analysis, AB hydraulic press company in the industry characteristics and competitive characteristics of the corresponding induction and summary. After that, the competitors are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized and compared. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of the internal and external environment of the company, this paper draws the conclusion that AB company has its own advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and risks it faces. Therefore, the company is positioned and the competitive strategy is chosen, and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are given. By analyzing the internal and external environment of AB hydraulic press company, this paper finds out some opportunities and risks that the hydraulic press industry may face at present and in the future, and hopes to have some reference value for the practitioners in this industry.
