中国石油渤海钻探井下技术服务公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济一体化的发展,企业发展的舞台更加广阔,企业之间的竞争也愈加激烈。中国石油渤海钻探井下技术服务公司要在激烈的市场竞争中得以良好的发展,必须要适应形势需要,加强企业战略管理。通过战略管理,抓住发展机遇、克服自身不足、实现发展目标。 本文系统阐述了战略管理相关理论,按照战略分析、战略制定、战略实施这三个环节,对中国石油渤海钻探井下技术服务公司的外部环境、内部资源进行了全面梳理。在此基础上,通过SWOT模型分析方法,分析了外部的发展机遇和可能的威胁、内部的优势和劣势,优选了企业发展战略,最后提出了战略实施的保障措施。 本文从结构上共分七个部分:第一章前言,提出了本文研究的意义、思路、方法和创新点;第二章是对本文引用的战略分析内容和战略分析方法等相关理论知识进行了介绍;第三章对中国石油渤海钻探井下技术服务公司内部条件进行了分析,明确了在经营状况、人力资源、生产装备、科研技术等方面的优势和劣势;第四章对外部环境进行了分析,阐述了企业所处行业面临的发展机遇以及参与竞争面临的外来威胁;第五章通过内部因素评价、外部因素评价,,应用SWOT模型分析,优选企业发展战略;第六章阐述了企业战略实施内容;第七章提出了战略实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic integration, the stage of enterprise development is wider and the competition between enterprises is becoming more fierce. In order to develop well in the fierce market competition, CNPC must meet the needs of the situation and strengthen the strategic management of enterprises. Through strategic management, seize development opportunities, overcome their own shortcomings, and achieve development goals. According to the three links of strategic analysis, strategy formulation and strategy implementation, this paper systematically expounds the relevant theories of strategic management, and comprehensively combs the external environment and internal resources of CNPC drilling downhole technical service company. On this basis, through SWOT model analysis method, analyzed the external development opportunities and possible threats, internal strengths and weaknesses, selected the enterprise development strategy, and finally put forward the implementation of the strategy protection measures. This paper is divided into seven parts from the structure: the first chapter preface, has proposed the significance, the thought, the method and the innovation point of this article, the second chapter has carried on the introduction to the strategic analysis content and the strategy analysis method and so on related theory knowledge. The third chapter analyzes the internal conditions of CNPC Bohai drilling downhole technical service company, and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages in the aspects of management, human resources, production equipment, scientific research technology, etc. In the fourth chapter, the external environment is analyzed. The development opportunity of the industry and the external threat to participate in the competition are expounded in the fifth chapter, through the internal factor evaluation, the external factor evaluation, the application of SWOT model analysis, the selection of the enterprise development strategy; The sixth chapter expounds the content of enterprise strategy implementation, and the seventh chapter puts forward the safeguard measures of strategy implementation.
