YX卷烟厂生产管理模型的应用研究

【摘要】:本论文围绕国家烟草专卖局“管理创一流”的工作要求,立足YX卷烟厂的生产管理需要,从卷烟生产计划调度,供产销协同、对标管理、企业竞争力持续改善四个维度,使用卓越绩效管理思想、精益生产理论、协同论,对YX卷烟厂的生产组织管理进行深层次的分析和研究。 同时,以被研究企业的ERP、MES应用为背景,通过分析查阅大量的国内外关于生产管理模型的研究理论,对该卷烟制造企业的生产管理模型化进行了分析研究和探索,借助该卷烟厂ERP、MES及底层DCS系统的大量成熟的应用,以生产组织过程数字化模型做为切入点,实现符合YX卷烟厂计划、调度管理的计划排产方法,并通过产销衔接模型做为驱动,产供衔接模型做为保证的适合于该厂的动态供、产、销协同的生产管理模型。 此外,根据该厂生产管理的方针、目标和指标要求,国家烟草专卖局“创优、对标”的要求,以及中国企业绩效评价标准值,对所构建的生产管理模型进行绩效诊断和评价,帮助工厂针对性的进行管理改进,使工厂的竞争能力持续提升,实现可持续发展。 研究构建的生产管理模型,是卷烟企业信息化建设中的高级应用,有较强的实用价值,对工厂管理水平的提升和信息化的整合发展都具有深远的意义。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the requirement of "first class management" of National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, based on the production management needs of YX cigarette factory, from the four dimensions of cigarette production scheduling, coordination of production and marketing, standard management, and continuous improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Based on the theory of excellent performance management, lean production theory and synergy theory, the production organization and management of YX cigarette factory are deeply analyzed and studied. At the same time, based on the ERPMES application of the enterprise under study, this paper analyzes and explores the production management model of the cigarette manufacturing enterprise through analyzing and consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research theories on the production management model. With the help of a large number of mature applications of ERP mes and the bottom DCS system of the cigarette factory, the digital model of production organization process is taken as the starting point to realize the planned production scheduling method in accordance with the plan and scheduling management of YX cigarette factory, which is driven by the production and marketing linkage model. The production and supply linkage model is suitable for the dynamic supply, production and marketing cooperation of the plant. In addition, according to the production management policy, target and target requirements of the plant, the requirements of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau for "creating excellence and standards", as well as the standard value of performance evaluation of Chinese enterprises, the performance diagnosis and evaluation of the established production management model are carried out. Help the factory to improve its management, improve the competitiveness of the factory and achieve sustainable development. The research and construction of the production management model is an advanced application in the information construction of cigarette enterprises, which has a strong practical value, and has far-reaching significance for the promotion of factory management level and the integration and development of information technology.
