【摘要】:烟草行业是我国重点发展的行业之一,在已经具备一定规模的今天,与时代相结合的信息化越来越被重视。烟草行业的信息化建设一直以来都被列为发展的重点,信息化建设既能够增加效率减少消耗,又能够增进产业流通速度,增加与市场的交流频率,从而提升行业竞争力。在市场经济高度发达的今天,我国的烟草行业和其他行业一样,需要对信息化的建设加以着重探索、运用,从而带动产业进步。同时,对信息化过程中的一些问题和阻碍加以分析和解决,从而以最新的姿态迎接行业挑战。 近年来,公司在不断发展的同时,也大力推进行信息化建设,取得了丰硕的成果,先后建立了以MES为核心的集成制造体系,以OA为核心的协同办公体系,以ERP为核心的协同商务体系。鉴于这些管理信息系统的开发、应用是基于公司层面上的,部门业务只是其链条中的一部分,部门对信息化的需求无法满足,特别是原料采购方面。随着烟草行业“卷烟上水平”工作的扎实推进,各工业企业加大了对高端卷烟品牌的培育和发展,致使优质烟叶原料供需矛盾进一步加剧,在这种形势下,利用信息技术提高原料采购部门对原料工作的快速反应是非常必要的。 鉴于此,本文在认真梳理原料采购管理模式的基础上,分析了以增强规范管理、提高工作效率为目的原料采购对信息化建设的需求,并利用公司现有的信息系统平台:OA协同办公系统、ERP系统,提出基于原料采购管理信息系统功能扩展的目标。并以J2EE分布式组件技术为架构,对原料采购管理审批系统进行设计和实现;以ETL(Extract、Transform、Load)技术为手段,对ERP系统原料模块数据进行了提取,实现对原料数据中心的构建,数据显示可视化,更直观;以SSL VPN技术为基础,通过硬件支持,实现分布式、多人、多地、多层次协同工作功能,适应新的发展需求。 至此,原料采购管理系统可以对采购过程进行全面监管:采购数据远程实时录入,避免了重复操作,减少工作人员不必要的负担;数据分析、输出智能化也为一线的工作人员提供了实时数据,真正实现了信息共享,提高效率的目的。
[Abstract]:Tobacco industry is one of the key industries in China. The information construction of tobacco industry has always been listed as the focus of development. Information construction can not only increase efficiency and reduce consumption, but also increase the speed of industrial circulation, increase the frequency of communication with the market, thereby enhance the competitiveness of the industry. In today's highly developed market economy, the tobacco industry in China, like other industries, needs to focus on the construction of information exploration and application, so as to promote industrial progress. At the same time, some problems and obstacles in the process of informatization are analyzed and solved, so as to meet the industry challenges with the latest posture. In recent years, with the continuous development of the company, it has also made great efforts to promote the construction of information technology, and has achieved fruitful results. It has successively established an integrated manufacturing system with MES as the core, and a cooperative office system with OA as the core. Collaborative commerce system with ERP as the core. In view of the development of these management information systems, the application is based on the company level, the department business is only a part of its chain, and the department can not meet the needs of information technology, especially in the aspect of raw material purchase. With the promotion of the "up to the level" work in the tobacco industry, various industrial enterprises have stepped up the cultivation and development of high-end cigarette brands, resulting in a further intensification of the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality tobacco raw materials. It is necessary to use information technology to improve the rapid response of raw material purchasing department to raw material work. In view of this, this paper, on the basis of combing the management mode of raw material procurement, analyzes the demand for information construction in raw material procurement for the purpose of strengthening standardized management and improving work efficiency. The purpose of extending the function of the information system based on the raw material purchasing management system is put forward by using the existing information system platform of the company: OA collaborative office system and ERP system. Based on the J2EE distributed component technology, the raw material purchasing management and approval system is designed and implemented, and the raw material module data of ERP system is extracted by ETL (extract transform load) technology, and the construction of raw material data center is realized. Based on SSL VPN technology and hardware support, distributed, multi-person, multi-land, multi-level cooperative work functions are realized to meet the needs of new development. At this point, the raw material procurement management system can comprehensively supervise the procurement process: remote and real-time input of procurement data, avoiding duplication of operations and reducing unnecessary burden on staff; data analysis, The intelligent output also provides real-time data for the front-line staff, realizing the purpose of information sharing and improving efficiency.
