尖峰负荷下工业用户用电序位分析模型

【摘要】:近年来我国电力需求量日益增长,电力供应相对滞后,尤其是夏季和冬季全国大部分地区都缺电现象严重。面对这一严峻形势,国家电网、各地方电力公司分别开展了多种形式的限电措施,电力需求侧管理就是其中的有效手段,实施电力需求侧管理有利于增加电力供应的稳定性,提升客户端用电水平,提高电能和电网设备利用率,有序用电作为电力需求侧管理的有效手段发挥着重要作用。在我国各供电公司都采取了一系列有序用电措施和方案,例如夏季高温检修错峰、企业轮休错峰、负荷控制避峰、可中断负荷等。 工业用户是用电大户,除重大事故外的正常情况下,用电缺口基本可通过工业用户的限电管理来进行弥补,对工业用户限电序位是电网企业有序用电管理的重点。本文分别从经济价值、能源价值、环境价值、用户信用度、用户损失等多个角度进行研究,建立工业用户用电序位评价指标体系,详细阐述各指标意义及计算方法。在对工业用户用电序位综合分析时,本文利用序关系法和熵值法对各指标进行综合赋权,采利用灰色关联度替代理想点法中的欧式距离,成为衡量方案之间的距离,进行逼近理想解排序。根据综合得分从低往高排列工业用户用电序位。最后本文以九家具有代表性的工业企业为例,运用上述理论进行实证分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the demand for electricity in our country is increasing day by day, and the power supply is relatively lagging behind, especially in summer and winter, the phenomenon of power shortage is serious in most areas of the country. In the face of this severe situation, the State Grid and local power companies have carried out various forms of power restriction measures, and the DSM is one of the effective means, and the implementation of DSM is conducive to increasing the stability of power supply. It plays an important role in improving the level of power consumption at the client end, improving the utilization ratio of electric energy and power grid equipment, and using electricity orderly as an effective means of DSM. Various power supply companies in our country have adopted a series of orderly power consumption measures and schemes, such as summer high temperature overhauling failure peak, enterprise rotation failure peak, load control peak avoidance, interruptible load and so on. Industrial users are large users of electricity, except for major accidents, the power gap can be basically made up by the power limit management of industrial users, and the priority of power supply management in power grid enterprises is to limit the power level of industrial users. In this paper, economic value, energy value, environmental value, user credit degree, user loss and other aspects are studied, the evaluation index system of power consumption level of industrial users is established, and the significance and calculation method of each index are expounded in detail. In this paper, the sequence relation method and entropy method are used to give comprehensive weight to each index in order to replace the Euclidean distance in the ideal point method by using grey correlation degree, which becomes the distance between the measuring schemes. The approximate ideal solutions are sorted. According to the comprehensive score from low to high industrial consumer power consumption order. Finally, this paper takes nine representative industrial enterprises as an example, using the above theory to carry on the empirical analysis.
