中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新能力提升战略

【摘要】:在经济一体化和创新全球化的国际大形势下,中国轨道交通装备制造业面对的一方面是日益激烈的全球竞争和日益复杂的全球专业分工,另一方面是日益增加的合作机遇。与此同时,顾客对产品需求的数量不断增加、质量不断提高,产业发展进入黄金期。在开放式环境下,中国轨道交通装备制造业要想持续创新,必须冲破以往边界,有计划地将外部知识、技术资源与产业自身核心能力相结合,走出一条开放式自主创新的道路。 本文以中国轨道交通装备制造业为研究对象,采用文献分析法、理论与实证研究相结合、定量与定性分析相结合的方法,详细分析了中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新动因与机理,借助熵值法建立评价体系,结合实际数据和评价分析结果分析中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新过程中存在的问题,从而提出中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新能力提升战略。首先,对中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新进行界定,在界定的基础上从内外两个方面分析中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新的动因,从起点、过程、保障三个方面分析中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新内在机理,并对中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新模式进行了阐释;其次,基于熵值法建立中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新能力评价指标体系和评价模型,选取2008-2011年的产业数据进行纵向评价,将评价结果与其他国家该产业数据结合提出中国轨道交通装备制造业开放式自主创新能力发展过程中存在的问题。问题主要存在于核心技术缺乏自主知识产权、新产品开发能力薄弱、关键零部件国产化水平低、研发投入有待提高、人力资源结构单一五个方面:最后,参照实证分析结果,根据提出的问题,立足现实,从人才、技术、制度、环境四个方面提出发展战略,为中国轨道交通装备制造业的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the international situation of economic integration and innovation globalization, the equipment manufacturing industry of China rail transit is facing the increasingly fierce global competition and the increasingly complex global professional division of labor, on the other hand, the increasing opportunities for cooperation. At the same time, the quantity and quality of customers'demand for products are increasing, and the development of industry is entering golden period. In the open environment, if China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry wants to innovate continuously, it must break through the past boundary, combine external knowledge, technical resources and industry's core competence in a planned way, and walk out a road of open independent innovation. This paper takes China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry as the research object, uses the literature analysis method, the theory and the empirical research unifies, the quantitative and the qualitative analysis unifies the method, The motivation and mechanism of open independent innovation in China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed in detail, and the evaluation system is established by means of entropy method. Based on the actual data and evaluation results, the problems in the process of open independent innovation in China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed, and the strategy of promoting the open independent innovation capability of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry is put forward. First of all, it defines the open independent innovation of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry. On the basis of the definition, it analyzes the motivation of the open independent innovation of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry from the internal and external aspects, starting from the starting point and the process. This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of open independent innovation in China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects, and explains the open independent innovation mode of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry. Secondly, Based on entropy method, the evaluation index system and evaluation model of open independent innovation ability of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry are established, and the industrial data from 2008-2011 are selected for longitudinal evaluation. The evaluation results are combined with the industrial data of other countries to put forward the problems existing in the development of open independent innovation capability of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry. The main problems lie in the lack of independent intellectual property rights of core technology, weak ability of new product development, low level of localization of key parts, low investment in R & D, single human resource structure: finally, referring to the results of empirical analysis, According to the problems raised, this paper puts forward the development strategy from the aspects of talent, technology, system and environment, based on the reality, and provides a reference for the development of China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry.
