纺织机械制造企业多供应商订单分配模型的研究与应用

【摘要】:随着全球经济的快速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,纺织机械制造企业正面临着如何提高自身的生产水平、降低产品的生产成本、加强企业售后服务水平、缩短产品的制造周期等问题的挑战。在此背景下,建立一个有效的多供应商订单分配模型,并在保证供应商生产负荷率均衡的情况下,以采购成本和售后损失成本最小为指标,是提高纺机制造企业核心竞争力的有效途径。 纺织机械制造企业的采购管理主要是对采购订单分配的管理。物料采购过程中物料的质量、供货及时率、供应商的生产负荷等信息管理的好坏,直接影响企业生产成本控制的有效性。本文以结合供应商生产过程来进行订单分配为原则,建立新的订单分配机制,并将这种分配机制成功运用于纺织机械制造企业的采购管理。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)结合纺机行业的采购特点,分析并提出面向纺织机械制造企业的采购流程,建立纺机企业多供应商的生产资源配置框架及订单分配过程模型。 (2)分析并指出了经典订单分配方法的应用于纺织机械制造企业多供应商下的不足。在此基础上,结合纺织机械制造企业背景下订单的特点,提出了以采购成本最小、售后损失成本、供应商生产负荷率均衡为评价指标的分配机制。 (3)对纺织机械制造企业多源采购面临的问题进行描述、分析与研究,针对订单分配问题建立多目标优化模型,并运用粒子群优化算法对多供应商多目标订单分配问题进行求解,并用纺织机械制造企业应用实例进行验证研究。 (4)从企业应用实例验证出发,对纺织机械制造企业采购订单管理原型系统进行需求与目标分析,研究原型系统的总体结构,并根据技术路线配置开发环境,开发纺织机械制造企业的订单分配管理系统,在案例企业进行实施与应用,取得良好效果。 最后对全文的研究内容进行总结,分析其存在的不足,并对课题的后续研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, textile machinery manufacturing enterprises are faced with how to improve their own production level, reduce the production cost of products, and strengthen the after-sales service level of enterprises. Challenges such as shortening the manufacturing cycle of the product. Under this background, an effective multi-supplier order allocation model is established, and the minimum purchase cost and after-sale loss cost are taken as the index under the condition that the supplier's production load rate is balanced. It is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of spinning machine manufacturing enterprises. The purchasing management of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is mainly the management of purchase order distribution. The quality of materials, the timely delivery rate and the production load of suppliers directly affect the effectiveness of production cost control in the process of material purchasing. In this paper, a new order distribution mechanism is established based on the principle of supplier production process, and this mechanism is successfully applied to the procurement management of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the purchasing characteristics of textile machinery industry, the procurement process for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is analyzed and put forward. The production resource allocation framework and order allocation process model of multi-supplier in spinning machine enterprises are established. (2) the shortcomings of the classical order allocation method applied to textile machinery manufacturing enterprises under multi-supplier are analyzed and pointed out. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises under the background of the order, the minimum purchase cost, after-sale loss cost, The balance of supplier production load rate is the distribution mechanism of evaluation index. (3) the problems faced by textile machinery manufacturing enterprises in multi-source procurement are described, analyzed and studied, and a multi-objective optimization model for order allocation is established. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the multi-supplier and multi-objective order allocation problem, and the application examples of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises are used to verify the problem. (4) based on the application examples, This paper analyzes the requirements and objectives of the purchasing order management prototype system of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, studies the overall structure of the prototype system, and develops the order distribution management system of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises according to the development environment according to the technical route. In the case of enterprise implementation and application, achieved good results. Finally, the paper summarizes the research content, analyzes its shortcomings, and looks forward to the future research.
