CI公司供应商管理分析及改进

【摘要】:目前,随着全球经济一体化、企业经营全球化趋势的不断加剧,各行各业间的竞争也日趋激烈,与此同时,客户的需求愈加突出定制化、个性化,从而导致不确定性不断增加。在如此激烈竞争的环境中,制造型企业的利润被压缩得越来越薄,越来越多的企业进入微利时代。不仅如此,企业更是不断面临着缩短交货期、提高产品质量、降低成本、改进服务水平以及最终提高顾客满意度的巨大挑战和压力。现今企业之间的竞争已从传统的低成本竞争模式慢慢转化为企业间供应链的竞争。而如何做好供应链管理以及如何更好地利用和管理供应商已成为制造型企业降低成本、提高效率、增强盈利和竞争能力的至关重要的一环。 本文结合CI公司的业务经营情况,运用供应链与供应商管理的理论和方法,说明和分析了CI公司供应商管理的现状以及目前供应商管理上存在的问题,并且分别从供应商管理流程和关键要点、供应商分级、供应商选择与审核评估、供应商资质管理、供应商绩效管理、供应商发展及供应商关系管理等方面对CI公司供应商管理体系进行了充分的评价与分析,随后一一提出并实施了相应的改进方案,取得了很好的改进效果,使企业获得了更加完善有效的供应商管理体系、更优秀的供应商绩效、更多的成本节省以及更大的竞争优势和经济效益。 本文的研究成果适应了CI公司供应商管理的需求,促进了CI公司供应商管理工作的规范化,对CI公司供应商管理有重大意义,对同类企业的供应商管理也有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:At present, with the globalization of global economy and the increasing trend of globalization of enterprise management, the competition among various industries is becoming more and more fierce. At the same time, the demand of customers is becoming more and more customized and individualized, which leads to increasing uncertainty. In such a competitive environment, the profits of manufacturing enterprises are becoming thinner and thinner, and more enterprises enter the era of small profits. Moreover, enterprises are faced with great challenges and pressures to shorten delivery time, improve product quality, reduce cost, improve service level and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises has gradually changed from the traditional low-cost competition mode to the supply chain competition among enterprises. How to do well in supply chain management and how to make better use of and manage suppliers has become a crucial link for manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability and competitiveness. Based on the business operation of CI Company and the theory and method of supply chain and supplier management, this paper explains and analyzes the current situation of the supplier management and the problems existing in the current supplier management of CI Company. And from the supplier management process and key points, supplier classification, supplier selection and audit evaluation, supplier qualification management, supplier performance management, In the aspects of supplier development and supplier relationship management, the supplier management system of CI Company is evaluated and analyzed, and then the corresponding improvement schemes are put forward and implemented one by one, and good results are obtained. It makes the enterprise obtain more perfect and effective supplier management system, better supplier performance, more cost saving, greater competitive advantage and economic benefit. The research results of this paper adapt to the demand of CI company's supplier management, promote the standardization of CI company's supplier management, have great significance to CI company's supplier management, and also have certain reference significance to the similar enterprise's supplier management.
