【摘要】:现代企业的人力资源管理作为一种有效的企业管理方式,怎样有效构建一个人力资源管理的平台和体系,最大化发挥人力资源管理六大模块的功能,增强企业活力和核心竞争力,促进企业发展和提高企业市场地位等,是现代企业人力资源管理的核心与目的。企业如何突破传统的管理模式,把人上升到资源的角度进行配置与管理,,如何以人为中心,通过有效地进行人力资源规划、人力资源开发、人力资源配置、人力资源正确评价和人力资源合理激励等方面职能,从而构建科学有效的“招人、育人、用人和留人”人力资源管理机制。为员工提供一个有利于个人价值最大发挥的公平环境,给员工提供必要的资源,在赋予员工责任的同时也进行相应的授权,保证员工在充分的授权内开展自己的工作,并且通过科学有效地制定激励机制来调动员工的积极性,在对员工潜能、行为特征和个人绩效进行公平评价的基础上给予相应的物质奖励和精神激励,有效激发员工在实现个人自我价值的基础上为企业的可持续发展创造价值。 本文以苏州宝兴电线电缆有限公司人力资源战略管理为研究对象,从人力资源管理理论阐述开始,采用SWOT方法对苏州宝兴电线电缆有限公司人力资源管理状况进行优劣势态的分析。在此基础上,对宝兴公司人力资源战略管理进行规划,其中采用了平衡计分法对公司员工绩效问题进行了重点分析,最后对宝兴公司人力资源战略管理的实施保障措施提出了适当的建议。

Provide employees with a fair environment conducive to maximum personal value, provide employees with the necessary resources, while giving employees responsibility, but also carry out the corresponding delegation of authority to ensure that the staff within the full authorization to carry out their own work, And through the scientific and effective formulation of incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, on the basis of a fair evaluation of the potential of employees, behavior characteristics and personal performance, the corresponding material rewards and spiritual incentives are given. Effectively motivate employees to create value for the sustainable development of enterprises on the basis of realizing personal self-worth. This paper takes the strategic management of human resources in Suzhou Baoxing Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. as the research object, starting with the theory of human resource management. The situation of human resource management in Suzhou Baoxing Wire and Cable Co., Ltd is analyzed by SWOT method. On this basis, the strategic management of human resources of Baoxing company is planned, in which the balanced scoring method is used to analyze the performance of employees. At last, some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of human resource strategic management in Baoxing Company.
