大型建筑企业信息化管理研究
[Abstract]:With the diversification, large-scale and complication of large construction enterprises, the exchange and transmission of information become more and more frequent, the disadvantages of traditional management mode become more and more obvious, and the management of modern construction enterprises is becoming more and more networked. The direction of integration is developing. With the development of modern science and technology, more and more fields have been applied to network and information technology. The core competitiveness of large construction enterprises will also be built on the basis of information technology. Only by making full use of information technology can we promote the informationization of enterprise management, give full play to its advantages, enhance the level of management and realize leapfrog development. This paper first analyzes the research and development of information management in large construction enterprises at home and abroad, puts forward the research problems, analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of information management in large construction enterprises, and analyzes the misunderstandings and reasons. This paper makes clear the problems that need to be solved urgently in the information management at the present stage, and then puts forward the system design of the information management system of the large construction enterprises, aiming at the large construction enterprises, in order to strengthen the information management, it establishes the enterprise information management as the foundation. The information management framework of "one platform, five technical layers and five guarantee systems" with project management as the core, and analyzes the functional requirements of each system module, management process and design concept, as well as the characteristics of enterprise management information; Finally, the paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information management of large construction enterprises, including enterprise level and government level. Ten figures and 73 references.
